I agree with you. There are certain questions that science addresses (what is the natural world made up of? how does the natural world work? how can we predict the operations of the natural world?) and there are other questions that religion addresses (why are we here? what is our purpose? how should we live our lives?)
There is no rational reason for the two sides to fight each other. If science tries to extend out of it's scope and say something like "there is no God" then that is clearly in error. Likewise, if religion reaches beyond it's scope and says something like "forget the data - here's what God did" then it is equally wrong.
But some people just like to fight, I guess.

Very long yet all right however out and intensely exciting. First technological know-how now says that the suggestions (like a working laptop or pc) is now no longer seen the source of theory yet a processor of an ability source being sent to it. It merely takes this ability and channels it the place it ultimate fits, yet is now no longer believed to be the author of this ability, merely theory you ought to be certain directly to be attentive to that. 2d theory I consider faith is a bad component in society for it tries to administration the very theory attitude of persons evolving. And all issues might desire to alter with the intention to stay to tell the story. it extremely is fact! I however unlike you have self assurance that God in fact is probable the final of all scientists . i think that the approach became and is originating from Him and to be a writer He ought to be OF an astonishing scientific suggestions. that's impossible to create all that all of us be attentive to of without super awareness of technological know-how. So i do no longer see a contradiction between God and evolution. technological know-how is the religion of God and could be no incorrect way. guy invented faith to administration unruly human beings and easily not at all gave up the reins whilst it carried out what it became set as much as be. it extremely is the way I see it besides.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the real reason evolution is an issue. It is because you are then left with man *not* being 'special'.
I guess no one mentions it because even the people who believe in evolution would have to think for themselves; why is it ok to kill animals but not humans? What makes a human 'special' when he is just another animal?
Atheists don't like to actually think through these things. They mainly use evolution to tease Christians.

Science and Religion will always be at odds because at a fundamental level Science is about questioning and testing our ideas to see if they're true, while Religion is about belief without proof, faith.

The facts are not facts, as they are so called, they are theories...
Granted there are some very well established facts, however, most so-called facts in evolution are mainly hypothesis and conjecture masquerading as facts.
For example:
Speciation is a fact and is crucial in the Intelligent Design theory because for Intelligent Design to work there needs to be massive amounts of speciation and rapid speciation as well.

micro evolution no issues with Chstianity. We agree. Macro Evolution for which there is no proof. No agreement with Christianity.
Science was bron form Christianity as Scientists wanted to know God better.
The best evidence evolutionists give is the fossil record. The fossils only prove that they are dead. They do not prove the fossisl ever had kids nor did they have kids that weren't after their kind.
The dating methods evolutionists use are untested. In othe rwords you can't take the testing instrument and prove that it records accurately.

i have just been learning about creation science, by a science teacher, and he is really good. He has found proof that we havent existed for millions of years, and scientific explanations and proof to back it up. Not the evolution we were taught in school though.

Actually, Christianity and science go very well together...it's the scientists who dismissed the Bible as true that came up with theories such as evolution, and the big bang....but the Bible is a book of great science!

i don't have a problem with science per se, many many many scientists throughout history have been christians. my problem is when people put their "faith" in science as if science was somehow going to save mankind (through better engineering/chemistry?) Here is an excellent article I beg you to read.

I'm not against science in the slightest. However, I am against calling faulty assumptive, pseudo-science a fact.
