If I had to be convinced about the existance or not existance of God what would your best argument be?

There are two historical eyewitness accounts to Christ’s life. Mathew and John
Mark was with Peter and wrote Peter's accounts and Luke was a doctor and wrote all he could collect and put his stories in an orderly fashion so that he could explain Christ to a friend.

All have been dated back to the 1st century when Jesus was alive.

In fact we have more information about this Jewish Carpenter, than we have about the Emperor of Rome during that same time.

The manuscripts of the Bible out weigh in number the copies of Roman History at that time. They are better copies and earlier copies than we have of Roman History during that time.

If Matthew Mark Luke and John can be trusted as proof, the whole bible is proof. Our proof in Christ is proven throughout history.

of his children have suffered through out history and currently?

I asked something like this once before and the response I got was if you feel bad about the starving people in the world then feed them and if you seek to end poverty then show charity.

However, if a mother gives birth to a baby and then leaves the baby to fend for itself even though the mother has the ability to feed the baby and shelter the baby, does that make it my fault that the mother did that and my responsibility that the mother did that?Sure I could take the baby in and so forth. But what if it was a million mothers who gave birth to a million babys.Am I still suppose to take them all in?Or is there a point where it's the mothers responsiblity and not mine?

I put forth that God is a neglectful parent and should be held accountable.

Agreed?

When the disrespectful depictions of the Holy Prophet were drawn, the westerns cried: FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION! FREEDOM OF SPEECH! Now when a Muslim criticizes the way their women dress they cry KILL HIM, SHOOT HIM, DEPORT HIM! HE CAN'T SAY THAT! TAKE IT BACK! WAH WAH WAH! WHAT A BUNCH OF CRY BABIES!! What happened to freedom of speech? Freedom of religion? Or is that just for your white country club types? Amazing how the media hates Islam so much that they blow up something that's nothing.

P.S. I was born in America so I understand this so-called Western mentality, but I'm not one of those crackpots I'm referring to... peace to all my Muslim brothers and sisters and to all of the truly faithful believers. This is just to expose some of the hypocrisy in this crazy world.

I asked a question and some Christians answered "look into the context...".

Here was my question:

Is it a defiance of God's will that we human once again speak one language?

The Bible claims that God intentionally made men speak in different tongues. English is fast becoming a world language. Is it a sin to learn other language?

If the Tower of Babel story should not be interpreted literally, How about other stories of the Bible?

....why would God consider it a "waste of time" to do a few miracles: Feed the starving in Darfur, reduce some of the suffering of amputees by restoring limbs, and show some of this love that he is reputed to be made of?

a) Hitler was baptized as Roman Catholic during infancy in Austria.

b) As Hitler approached boyhood he attended a monastery school. (On his way to school young Adolf daily observed a stone arch which was carved with the monastery’s coat of arms bearing a swastika.)

c) Hitler was a communicant and an altar boy in the Catholic Church.

d) As a young man he was confirmed as a “soldier of Christ.” His most ardent goal at the time was to become a priest. Hitler writes of his love for the church and clergy: “I had excellent opportunity to intoxicate myself with the solemn splendor of the brilliant church festivals. As was only natural, the abbot seemed to me, as the village priest had once seemed to my father, the highest and most desirable ideal.” -Adolf Hitler (Mein Kampf)

e) Hitler was NEVER excommunicated nor condemned by his church. Matter of fact the Church felt he was JUST and “avenging for God” in attacking the Jews for they deemed the Semites the killers of Jesus.
