If you mean the Gods of the old religions then yes. I happen to worship a few of them.
No, you don't have to worry about them unless you believe in them. Belief is very powerful.

I wouldn't worry too much about them as they are unable to cross the veil that separates them from this world. Worry about living an ethical life and invoke the favor of whichever gods/goddesses you identify with.
