From one pumpkin to another!!!!!!!

A woman was asked by a coworker, "What is it like to be a Christian?"

The coworker replied, "It is like being a pumpkin." God picks you from the patch, brings you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. Then He cuts off the top and scoops out all the yucky stuff.

He removes the seeds of doubt, hate, and greed. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside of you to shine for all the world to see."

This was passed on to me by another pumpkin. Now it's your turn to pass it to other pumpkins.

I liked this enough to send it to all the pumpkins in my patch.

Muslims insist it was Ismael. WHY? Because Mohamad said so.
The Bible says it was Issac. So, why did Mohamad decide to change the Bible and replace Issac with Ismael?

There is absolutely NO evidence that Abraham went to Mecca. It's all conjecture made up by the false prophet Mohamad. Muslims say "show us your proof" but the only "proof" they offer about Abraham going to Mecca is the words of a man who proclaimed himself to be a prophet and took over Saudi Arabia with the SWORD!

Where is your proof Muslims? WHERE?

note: the Koran doesnt count, because it changes scripture

If Jesus is believed to be GOD because he could do miracles, he could heal leprosy, he could cause blind men to see, or raise the dead, then what about the others who performed the same miracles?

Elisha and Elijah fed a hundred people with twenty barley loaves and a few ears of corn (2 Kings 4:44). Elisha told Naaman, who was a leper, to wash in the river Jordan (2 Kings 5:14) and he was healed. Elisha caused a blind man to see in (2 Kings 6:17,20). Elijah and Elisha raised the dead in (1 Kings 17:22, and 2 Kings 4:34). Even Elisha's dead bones restored a dead body in (2 Kings 13:21). Indeed Jesus had prophesied that people will worship him uselessly and will believe in doctrines not made by GOD but by men "But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. (Matthew 15:9)"

In Matthew 15:9 above, we see Jesus warning that Trinity (the bogus lie) will dominate, and people will take Jesus as GOD and worship him, which is a total sin according to what Jesus said !!.

Muslims think Abraham was asked to sacrifice Ismael, when in fact the Bible clearly states it was Issac! Why did Mohamad think he could change God's word? Doesn't this make him a FALSE PROPHET?

I am looking into different religions, specifically Christian faiths, and am very confused about the idea of salvation. The Protestants believe in faith alone(that is in the form of the sinner's prayer) and you can be saved just by saying one prayer. On the other the Catholics and Orthodox(the groups I feel more accustomed to) believe in the sacrements and living the Christian life of the Church. How did Protestants come to believe this? In Christian history I've found that even the early Christians had sacrements for salvation, so do Protestants even read their own Christian History? I don't know...Protestants confuse me. Enlighten me please.

If celebrating holidays that have pagan origins is okay, then why did God punish the Israelites for trying to take false worship while changing and calling it a worship to the Almighty God?

I posted this question before and someone who didn't want to believe me called me an idiot and asked where was my proof of the scientific discovery. That person should apologize because here it is from an unbiased scientific source. It only took me a couple of minutes to find it in a google search. A similar, but not as thorough article is also written by NPR which has a reputation for leaning to the left.

I am a 21 yr old girl that had so much faith when I was growing up. When I was 18 years old I moved in with my boyfriend and I stopped going to church and now my faith is extremely low and sometimes I wonder if there is a God at all. I try praying so hard to get answers and it seems like I get nothing at all. I put everything I have into my prayers and still no answer. Is God real?

Jesus said, "The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself but the father that dwelleth in me, He doeth the work..."

Who does the work? God himself.

The word, "Dwelleth" or "Dwelt" is not manifestations. Manifestations means, Act of being manifesting or state of being manifested.

"Dwelleth" or "Dwelt" means, to live, Inherent or existing in someone or something as permanent and inseparable quality or attribute.

Conclusion, God "reside" in His Son, Jesus Christ.

The following article was taken from www.godlovesfags.com

I am not desperately trying to find any resource to prove homosexuality in the Bible. The reason why I chose this homosexual site is because I learned about it from CNN.COM before, and I once saw more than 10,000 posts on their message board, for which most of the ones I read were supportive of the site. So homosexuality is a controversial topic that most Western Christians seem (from my personal experience only) to support.

That just don't make no sense, You have to have faith to believe in God. Why can't God just reveal himself to us. So I know when I die I am either going to heaven and hell.

I want to see God right now. Otherwise what is the point of life.

Why do christians use Pascal's Wager?
Pascal's Wager is;

Suppose you are right. Suppose there is no God. Then when I die as a believer, I have lost nothing. I just die, as a man that devoted his life to love and morals. But if you, as a non-believer, are wrong and I am right, you have to spend an eternity in hell. See, I have nothing to lose, but you have everything to lose.

The problem with this line of reasoning is that there are thousands of gods that humans have imagined. A person who believes in Allah can make this statement, and so can a person who believes in God, and so can a person who believes in Vishnu. This multitude of fictional beings shows the silliness of the argument. There is no way to know which god to choose, because there is no evidence whatsoever indicating that any of them exist.
