I posted this question before and someone who didn't want to believe me called me an idiot and asked where was my proof of the scientific discovery. That person should apologize because here it is from an unbiased scientific source. It only took me a couple of minutes to find it in a google search. A similar, but not as thorough article is also written by NPR which has a reputation for leaning to the left.

ZER0 C00L, I know that because I did read the article. That's why I put a "?" in my question. So why don't you apologize for assuming.

this doesn't have anything to do with the subsequent life of the fetus. This is cell regeneration for the mother.
I'm not sure what point you're trying to make regarding abortion. I think you are misguidedly projecting your political/religious views onto this discovery.
Nobody thinks there isn't a connection between even the smallest, youngest fetus and the hosting mother.
Those aren't the arguments for 'pro-choice'. The baby and mother are connected at all levels in utero, this discovery is one more point that proves this. It does not give any wieght for or against abortion. If you believe in the right of a woman to have an abortion, this article will not change your mind, and if you don't this article is a scientific article that has nothing to do with abortion anyway.

In MICE, you dingbat. This was tested on MICE. Please tell me that you realize there's a difference between mice and people...

*EDIT*
You brought up this article as it pertains to pro-choice. It's not an "assumption" that pro-choice has to do with HUMANS and not with MICE... it's common knowledge. Mice don't choose to have abortions. You KNOW (or if you have half a brain SHOULD'VE KNOWN) that everyone would just trust that you were linking to a study conducted on HUMANS if you're going to use it as some sort of proof that HUMAN fetal cells migrate to the brain of their HUMAN mother and if you're going to use it as an argument against abortion among HUMANS. Stop demanding apologies, kiddo. You're not entitled to nearly as much as you'd hope.

I would have thought that it was an argument for those who were pro choice. It says that cells from fetuses can repair damaged brains and the only way to get cells from fetuses, if you are not the mother is from aborted fetuses.

I have to say I don't see any relevance to abortion here? Why would this be bad new for the pro-choice?

Interesting article though.

I didn't read your previous post, and didn't bother to read the article, but to answer your question, no, it isn't bad news.

As long as the fetus is removed, the abortion has succeeded, and the mother will not care what minor material remains.

Fetal cells and pro-choice have nothing to do with each other, to suggest otherwise is ridiculous.

I am pro life because abortion takes the life of a small human being who already has a beating heart.

Interesting article,btw.Thanks.
