When you look at everything in the world, a car, computer, building, ect: you know that somone had to build or create it, Why do people wonder if there is a God or not when everything requires a creater?

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, Teach a man how to fish and you feed him for life.

I think he did right?
THEN WHY THE CHARITABLE CHRISTIAN GROUPS IN AFRICA.
They are not TEACHING anything, They are just giving giving giving. THIS IS NOT THE right way. That is the LEFT way

Exodus Chapter 21, verse 20:

If a man beats his male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies as a direct result, he must be punished, but he is not to be punished if the slave gets up after a day or two, since the slave is his property.

Colossians, chapter 3, verse 22:

Slaves, obey in everything those who are your earthly masters, not with eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing the Lord. Whatever your task, work heartily...

I'm writing something at the moment and any answers would help - preferably not daft ones! This is not a question to any specific religious group, nor is it loaded. I am just trying to see what people think - the general balance, like would we overall, if it was a choice between all religions or nothing, have been better off without it, especially in this day in age? I understand it does help and save and its the focal point of many lives bringing them happiness and security, however i also understand one single religion will never exist unless it is out and out proved and while there are more than one, in the hands of humans, there will be hatred, war and pain too..So does it save more or hurt more?
I am not religious myself but don't generally have a problem with most beliefs. Just intrigued as to what people think.
Responses from all groups of religious/non-religious people would be appreciated.

No one forcing Christianity in Africa? This is one of the reason I do not donate to charities that feed starving Africans - because the majority of hte money goes to CHRISTIAN charities, that then offer free food to the hungry - with a SIDE HELPING OF JESUS.

Christ, if I was starving, Id beleive whatever you told me for a free meal too....

Im 17 years old, my boyfriend is 21. We've been going out for 5 months now, but we've known eachother for almost 2 years, and thats how long we've liked eachother. lately we have been hanging out and everytime we hang out we end up getting heated up, 2 time we've ended up in his bed, I've been really scared because I'm still a virgin and so is he, but honestly the only thing thats stops us from going all the way is that we both know that it's wrong in the eyes of God, but everytime it gets harder and harder to resist. I know that maybe we should avoid bein in private places by oursleves we dont wanna go out with people from church because they tend to make the worst rumors up, and i dont have much other friend neither does he. and my parents approve of our relationship, but they dont like it when we go out alone, I love this guy and I pray every night he is the man i share the rest of my life with, it scares me that i feel ready to cross the line, but we both wanna keep our testimony.

If Americans hadn't forced Christianity upon the slaves, would the African American culture we have now, still be practicing their native beliefs?

First of all I'm a Christian, but I find problems, not with Christianity its fine, but with Christians today. My Brothers come to understand the Bible as a whole

#1. Dont do away with the old Testament with the excuse that Jesus came and did away with the old testament

Matthew 5:17)- Christ says he didnt come to do away with it

#2. Jesus is not God, Christ means Messiah, spoken of mainly in Isiah. Jesus is the son of God, but not God

God is very Jelous and if you read your old testament you would know that. But let me make this clear CHRIST IS THE MESSIAH NOT JUST A RANDOM PROPHET AS PAGAN MUSLIMS WANT YOU TO BELIEVE

#3. STOP BEING SO PEACEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I know Christ came in peace, but in Matthew 22:37-38)- Jesus himself said the most important Commandment was to honor God, and to Honor God you must obey him and his commands

So hypothetically, I'd be the last man - I'd start making more men. Probably be a full time job.

I'm not God I can't make people out of dust and clay, I'd have to evolve them out.

I see muslims saying similar statements here a lot. Check out Ibrahim's statement here - http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AvDSGMyBry1avRlPKx0vTMnzy6IX?qid=20061012132039AAgT1BV

What is the proof or evidence to support such a belief by Muslims? Other participants can feel free to comment on the answers.

This is a serious question and not an affront to Islam. Peace.
