First of all I'm a Christian, but I find problems, not with Christianity its fine, but with Christians today. My Brothers come to understand the Bible as a whole

#1. Dont do away with the old Testament with the excuse that Jesus came and did away with the old testament

Matthew 5:17)- Christ says he didnt come to do away with it

#2. Jesus is not God, Christ means Messiah, spoken of mainly in Isiah. Jesus is the son of God, but not God

God is very Jelous and if you read your old testament you would know that. But let me make this clear CHRIST IS THE MESSIAH NOT JUST A RANDOM PROPHET AS PAGAN MUSLIMS WANT YOU TO BELIEVE

#3. STOP BEING SO PEACEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I know Christ came in peace, but in Matthew 22:37-38)- Jesus himself said the most important Commandment was to honor God, and to Honor God you must obey him and his commands

Mat 5:17 Do not think that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets. I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Mat 5:18 For amen I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot, or one tittle shall not pass of the law, till all be fulfilled.

Read the above in context and it means just the opposite of what you seem to think.

The words "till all be fulfilled" are key.

The law would stand unchanged until either the end of the world OR until all things were fulfilled.

Jesus fulfilled all things with his saving death and his resurrection, and promptly set aside the old law, giving us a new and better covenant.

No more old law.

Regarding Jesus being God, the HIgh Priest had no trouble understanding Jesus' claim of divinity, why do you?:

Mat 26:62 And the high priest rising up, said to him: Answerest thou nothing to the things which these witness against thee?
Mat 26:63 But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest said to him: I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us if thou be the Christ the Son of God.
Mat 26:64 Jesus saith to him: Thou hast said it. Nevertheless I say to you, hereafter you shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of the power of God and coming in the clouds of heaven.
Mat 26:65 Then the high priest rent his garments, saying: He hath blasphemed: What further need have we of witnesses? Behold, now you have heard the blasphemy.

Jesus was referring to the Book of Daniel, which says of Jesus:

Dan 7:13 I beheld, therefore, in the vision of the night, and lo, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and he came even to the ancient of days: and they presented him before him.
Dan 7:14 And he gave him power, and glory, and a kingdom: and all peoples, tribes, and tongues shall serve him: his power is an everlasting power that shall not be taken away: and his kingdom that shall not be destroyed.

And then there is John 1:1 which certainly speaks of Jesus Christ:

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word: and the Word was with God: and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3 All things were made by him: and without him was made nothing that was made.
Joh 1:4 In him was life: and the life was the light of men.
Joh 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness: and the darkness did not comprehend it.

What is your question? I agree with most of what you say. But I believe that Jesus is God in that way that the 3 (God, Jesus and Holy Spirit) are totally one and at the same time 3.Hard to understand with our little human minds. Have you ever noticed different references and prophetic acts and words in the OT about Christ? WE made the heaven and the earth, or the ROCK Moses stroke in genesis. Also Abraham attempting to offer Isaak is prophetic about Christs sacrifice. It is fascinating to study more deeply all these things and symbols. God bless you

Shalom. I agree with you brother but you are mistaken about the deity of Christ.

Please read this article and understand what Jesus was saying about himself.

Christians should also be less judgmental but show a genuine concern for people not a holier than thou attitude. I think most people on this board have disdane for Christians because they feel someone has judged them in the past.

ummmmmmmmm you the guy who chose one of my replies as best answer and thought I was Muslim ?????????????? ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm wrong I am a pagan. and why all the war mongering against other faiths why cant you let people be to be who they want to be instead of trying to ram your religious rantings down every ones throats, what you gonna do about it.

You go on next you will be saying myself and my fellow pagan/witches are evil and next on your hit list. sorry but people like you leave a very nasty taste in my mouth and make other people of the same faith look very bad

if you take my advise you'd keep a low profile otherwise people may take umberance and report you.

BTW were you the idiot who came to one of our meetings with a bible and cross and got promptly arrested for harrasment

Let me get this right...

You advocate Christians to:
1.) Get Old Testament on the world
and
2.) Stop being peaceful

What's next? Kill every man, woman, child, and animal in a city that doesn't believe in your God? Keep women in tents during their periods? Stoning heretics?

in my church the preacher teachs from both new and old testament no matter were you preach from in the bible we are still suppose to be christ like and follwo him and read all his word i feel this is what is wrong with the church and the sinners we as christains should be praying and fasting so that the sinners can be saved but so many christains try to hold on to the things of the world and live for god to and this gets us nowhere we have to keep getting the christains saved before we can even go out and try to get the sinners saved

Jesus said

'I and my Father are one.'
John 10:30 (KJV)

Jesus is God.

if by crusading u mean trying to win souls 4 Christ, then fair enough.

if u mean slaughtering Non-Christians then no way.

if u don't believe that Jesus is God, i wud b questioning my Salvation, if i were u.

First of all if you do not believe that Jesus is God than you are not a Christian. And here is no salvation for anyone. - Read your Bible.
Messiah (Hebrew) means "an annointed one" as does Christ, (Greek).
What do you mean "stop being so peaceful"?
