There are no requirements. Non-denominational means you're not following a particular set of religious beliefs, so there's no need to study anything or train for anything.
Of course, if you want to actually do ministerial duties, it wouldn't hurt to have developed some kind of spiritual understanding.

You can get ordained for free on the Internet (as I did). The Universal Life Church, Universal Ministries and the Spiritual Humanists are organizations that provide ordination certificates:

Also, as a Dicsordian Pope, I have the power to ordain whomever I like as a fellow Discordian Pope. Since you asked such a good question, I hereby ordain you. (pick up your documents at "http://jubal.westnet.com/hyperdiscordia/popecard.html">http://jubal.westnet.com/hyperdiscordia/popecard.html

Well, for many traditions you have to go through seminary or get a theological degree from a Christian or metaphysical college. Oftentimes with the latter, you can take additional courses that lead you to becoming ordained. But since you're seeking non-denominational, there are other ways. You can buy a Doctor of Divinity degree from places like ULC (which is perfectly legal) and you can also be ordained for free through there.

Congratulations! You are now a graduate of the Church of God In His Holiness and the Lord Jesus Risen on the Third Day Sanctified Seminary! You may now go and preach whatever word you want, because graduation from the COGIHHATLJROTTDSS requires no knowledge, no skill, no proving of yourself before your peers. No! The only thing that matters is that you feel in your heart that you are God's chosen spokesman, and anyone who disagrees with you will be cast into the fiery furnace.

Your faith is so strong, it need not be tested by other Christians. What need do you have of other Christians if you have the Lord God within your heart, dictating his word directly to your tongue? Your graduation from the COGIHHATLJROTTDSS also includes dispensation to raise funds that will go to the Lord's work, which will be evidenced by your own advancing wealth and well-being.

Look not to other sources of training or credentials! They are based on learning, which is the Devil's own creation. No, trust only your intuition, for it is through your heart that the Holy Spirit will direct you, based entirely on your emotional well-being, which may vary depending on the weather, the season, and how things are going within your marriage.

Complete with Certificate, suitable for framing.

Non-denominational churches are an authority to themselves. If a congregation calls you to the ministry you may serve. Normally a good church would want a teacher that had had some training. Bible school is the place to begin... Jim

First, you must be willing to spread the delusional superstition that is religion. Second, that means that you will have to be deluded because if you weren't, you would be nothing more than a common con-man. Religion is the ultimate con, it is government protected, tax free and the product they sell doesn't have to be delivered until you reach a place that doesn't exist. No wonder so many people jump on this manured money wagon.

2 Tim 3:5-7;
2 Tim 4:3,4;
2 Cor 2:17;

come to mind.

Think about it, if a Catholic and a Baptist are in his / her congregation, what is he / she going to preach concerning Mary?

What I've found is non-denominations have a set of beliefs or denomination, just not a name that identifies that belief or denomination.

They have their own take of what the scriptures teach.

It is denominations that ordain and call people to ministry. Qualifications differ between churches.

If you are part of a church that is not aligned with any group you can call who ever you wish.

I am sure you have to go to college and have some sort of religious background. Maybe you should go to to a non-demoninatal church and ask the minister how he or she (some congregations ordain women as ministers) did it
