Actually it does, they dont exactly say the word "Dinosuar" because that word was not invented until 1858, The first english bible transalation was around the 1380's which is way before that, but in Job 40:15-24 they describe a Behemoth which had a "tail like a cedar" and many other dinosuar atributes. In fact people have found many living things like the coelacanth fish(which was believed to have been extinct 70 million years ago and lived around the same age of the dinosuars) redicovered and living today with no changes what so ever,

edit: Just so you know there is no evidence indicating that Job is a fictional book of the bible. If you say that you might believe the entire bible is fiction.

Adam and Eve were prehistoric man!

The Bible doesn't say anything about dinosaurs because they didn't live at the time or place Moses lived. Notice that the Bible doesn't say anything about kangaroos or gorillas either.

Pay no attention to the Book of Job. It's a work of fiction and doesn't belong in the Bible. Heck, we don't even know who wrote it.

It was written for the most part A.D. The prehistoric man and dinosaur were very long before that period. The authors of the bible would have no real knowledge of these subjects.

The Bible is a book about religion, not a science book.
Would you look for music in a book of Mathematics, or would you go to a bank to buy Tylenol ?

it does talk a little of "dinosaurs" talks of leviathan. as far as any real details go, thats a good question. perhaps creation period took thousands of years. (this could explain dinosaurs but not prehistoric man (if in fact they did exist as we think they did) coexisting with dinosaurs) lot of loopholes in the bible. and a lot of contradictions.
