My grandma died a couple of years ago. She had alzhiemers and then had a stroke. After the stroke doctors said she had only days left. At the time my sister and I were away at college so when we heard we said we'd wait until she was gone to go up there. Well, days turned to weeks and the doctors tried to aid in her passing on with a morphine drift and everything but to no avail. Finally, while at work my sister said "she's waiting for us". So, we drove out the next day. We went to visit her and she was in a coma state by then and at one point she seized and her eyes opened and she looked as if she was looking up to Heaven, telling God she's ready. My sister whispered in her ear before we left that it was okay for her to go now. Later, that night my grandma passed on. Do you really think her spirit was waiting for us before it could moved on? How do you explain this?

They are amazing people. They are a perfect example of what i call christianity. I wonder if you can become Amish or do you have to be born into it. I have the upmost respect for them now that i see how true to their beliefs they are.

Perhaps we should leave all these people be, since God must have had a plan for them to be defective for his own mysterious reasons.

We should go back to praying over tumors instead of studying science to figure out how to surgically remove them.

I am an Atheist and my husband is a Methodist Christain. He insisted we be married by his grandfather who is a methodist preacher, in his home, not a church. What does it mean since my marriage ceremony was conducted under christian guidelines? I do not believe in god, so do my vows count?

The word bash is alittle harsh. Im only trying to covert you like you are trying to conert everyone else. Only you call it witnessing. There is only 1 God and never has there been a worthy enough prophet! Jesus is a GOD before the one true God. THINK!!!,

This life is a test for every human being. The test determines who we belong to, God or Satan. By passing the test we can have eternal happiness in heaven, and by failing it we risk the eternal fires. Of course sinse God loved us so much that He sent His only Son Jesus to become the Sacrificial Lamb who died for us on the Cross it is clear that He truly wants ALL soul to be saved. God never promised us a rose garden so life is not always easy even for the ones closest to God; but we must not let difficulties discourage us from remaining faithful to Him and living the gospel life and repenting of our sins. God's Mercy is so great that just being a sinner will not keep us from Heaven, but there is a responsibility to our gift of salvation. Respect, humility, repentance and love are important. God reads the heart, so it is where the heart is that God will see and judge us accordingly.

I am so sad to see all the God bashing going on here. He loves you and only wants to save you.

I am Christians and I believe that God's fingerprints are on all creation. I have been pondering on something.
They have shown how an animal changes for it's environment.
For example - the Polar bear vs the Grizzly bear or the many differnent colors of large cats.
How is this to be explained outside of God inspired evolution?

And on my way home, I saw another hearse driving in another direction, in the same area.

Now I'm worried and really scared, because I've never seen a hearse around my area before, so I took it as a sign. Should I be worried? and if this is a sign, what does it mean?

"Go up, my warriors, against the land of Merathaim and against the people of Pekod. Yes, march against Babylon, the land of rebels, a land that I will judge! Pursue, kill, and completely destroy them, as I have commanded you," says the LORD. "Let the battle cry be heard in the land, a shout of great destruction". (Jeremiah 50:21-22 NLT)
