Yes. A reprobated mind is one that can no longer feel remorse for their actions and is virtually void of all sound judgment/decision making capabilities.

Yeah. it's hogwash, just because some primitive man wrote it,

though I can understand that when someone wakes up out of their delusion and superstition and starts to understand science, logic and reason, there really is no going back.
