i know there are three signs in Islam. if one of it has appeared, then the door of forgiviness and repetence will be closed. which are the three signs?

If you are facing imminent death, the time for forgiveness has ended.
"When three things appear faith will not benefit one who has not previously believed or has derived no good from his faith: the rising of the sun in its place of setting, the Dajjal, and the Beast of the earth."

The Bible Matthew 12:39

The three signs are Moses, Jesus and Muhammad. You must accept these three or
forgiveness and repentance is closed.
