seem to be centered around the fact that people are terrified of death? So religion is designed to make people feel that they have something to look forward to when they die, provided they follow all the rules laid out for them? I'm not religious, nor am I afraid of death...Weird.

It is true that there are christians who shove stuff down your throat, yell and get angry, make mistakes, act aggressive, sin, contradict themselves, say stupid stuff, don't have all the answers alone. I agree. Often I don't make the best decisions and I am a Christian. Unfortunately, we are the only thing people see of God. Therefore, people judge God according to what we do. Is that right? Should you be judged because of me? Then why judge God because of Christians? That is why some people are so good because they do not want to give people reasons why to hate God. Everyone comes on here and barks back and forth. I see it come from every direction including christian, atheists, muslims, etc... So why do so many people always think their opinioin is right? Because nobody is perfect. Either that or people just like to make jokes and get a rise out of people. The real thing that sucks the most, is that you can not reply to peoples comments. The advantage=leaving the comments.

Should ALL of the Bible be taken literally. If not, then how do you decide which parts to take literally? The answers to a lot of my questions involve people saying that I shouldn't take the Bible literally and that Jesus loves me. I want to know what Christians think of a literal Bible.

This part actually happened....My mother really liked my husband when we were just friends. When we started dating, she couldn't stand him. She did not show up when we got married. There were all kinds of problems during our first year of marriage between my husband and my mother with me in the middle. She passed away the week of our first anniversary, and buried her on our anniversary. That has been 7 years ago. Since then, she has shown up in my dreams many times. And every time, she doesn't know me. Any idea what this means? Any interpretations would be appreciated.

Here is a link that has a lot of quotes from the Bible of Jesus telling people to sell everything they have and give it to the poor. The fact that Christians don't do this means that they are ignoring Jesus. If I truly believed in my mind that Jesus was the son of God and that he could get me into heaven, I would do what he told me to do. Since Christians (who claim to believe that Jesus knows the way to heaven) don't sell all their stuff, it proves that even THEY don't really believe the crap the Bible spews.

why hasn't the war ended?.
why aren't people's loved ones healed of disease?.
why do bad people continue to thrive?

You know that millions of people have prayed for these particular things and nothing has happened.
What's left to believe about praying when there's more proof it doesn't work than that it does?

I am not saying we all was Satan and his Demons in heaven that are fallen angels, but that some of ous could of been on Michael;s side fighting against Satan and the 1/3 angels/demons? Rev 12:4, 7, 9

Peter was told by Jesus not to take up the sword to fight against the ones that came to take him to the Cross
