I find it strange to see people always answering religious questions. What are your comments about this?

The anger comes from those who can see how much torment and suffering 'religion' has caused in this world. Then reading religious zealots write so sublimely about their faith as though it's accomplishing something good.

That's where the anger comes from - I try not to be angry and just hope for the best.

Faith has it's place - quietly shut away in the private recesses of the human psyche not lay wide open for the world to trample on. If you truly believe something, you don't need us to agree with you. Just enjoy it either on your own or with like-minded individuals in your community.

Atheists are usually chuckling, they are rarely overheated or angry... it doesn't often go with the analytical temperament they commonly posses. An atheists response is from the head not the gut reaction usually displayed by religious types.

Because there is a lot of misunderstanding and misconceptions about what atheists are or what they think flying around here. Someone has to stand up and speak the truth to the self-ritheous and delusional.

Very few.

Although of course Christians tend to react to any question or opposition to their faith, no matter how mildly and reasonably it is express, by accusing the commentator of being angry (or for that matter an athiest).

I was forced into Christianity. It wasn't until I was able to reason for myself that I left that religion.

I choose to be a pagan and latter choose to be a Secular Humanist.

we find religious questions and statements funny, we can't help but share our understanding, although we know it's like explaining music to the permanently deaf

Nobody is forcing Christians and muslims to shout threats of hell fire and damnation at the theists either, but they continually do.

Where else would they go? Do mosquitoes bite mosquitoes?
Do thieves go into their neighborhoods to steal? That is why God said in His word: Test the spirits to see if they are of God.
