If so is it wrong to grieve? Should there be a time limit for it before you drive yourself crazy?

A few years ago there was a girl selling newspapers at a redlight close to where I worked.

I always thought she was to pretty to be doing that because she had long blonde hair down to her butt and physically fit.

But I would see her a few times a day for about a year and would say hi to her occasionally before I realized she was my first girlfriend from 25 years before.

But I saw her resting at a gas station one day and stopped to talk to her, we had a nice time talking about our past.

Within a week she was hit by a car and killed, do you think there is some purpose in this?

I'll always think about her, I always did anyway because she was my first girlfriend but more so now.

I just think it's wierd not to see someone for at least twenty years but always wonder what they're up to and then meet them just before they die.

It's like God allowed me to say bye.

I am an American so I know some of us understand it, but in general our population denies not only its validity, but its hard facts more than any other country in the world. It is very disheartening to try and have a conversation concerning it, and the other person has no grasp of its actual concepts or proofs. When/How did we become the dunces in the classroom of the world?

SO to me this is an indication that there ARE other God's however God wants Christians to hold him the highest among the Gods. He did not say, "I am the Lord thy God, there are no other gods." Is this an idication that mythology might have something to it, numerous Gods with God being the supreme being?

Christianity is NOT the only religion...hate to break it to you! and you don't have to have ANY religion to be a spiritual person. If the R& S section of YA was a christians ONLY club don't you think it would reflect that in the title???

If the Bible is the one true word of God, how come there are so many conflicts AMONG the Christians when it comes to discussing various things? Shouldn’t they all be saying the exact same thing because they follow the exact same God?

THe Lord answered my prayers abundantly yesterday. Well the day started off as me getting closer to God then I have ever been. I started praying intensly again. And my best guy friend who is a Christian was struggling with homosexuality. And then also one of my friends just happened to call me and I got to witness to him. ANd he was touched I got to talk to him for about an hour. So my "gay" best friend who I have not seen in like a month. Shows up the day I start praying for him again. ANd he tells me he is ready to come out of homosexuality. He said he felt the Lord was leading him and tugging on himto come to me. I had been praying about my husband and he said he knew that. All in one day. GUys. THE LORD IS AWESOME. NO ONE COULD HAVE ORCHESTRATED THAT LIKE THE KING OF KINGS. HE HAS ANSWERED OUR PRAYERS ON HIGH. WE HAVE BEEN PRAYING FOR MY BEST FRIEND SINCE JANUARY. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF PRAYER. GOD IS ORDERING YOUR STEPS CHRISTIANS. AND HE BLEW ME AWAY YESTERDAY.
