see Isaiah prophecies in my other questions-its so perfect-and i have simcha Joy over flowing and peace in my heart in the Messiah the prince of peace-first to suffer and bring sins release, then to return and bring the wrath of God on all that rejected the Word of God. Isaiah 9vs6 Unto us a child is born, a SON is given, and he shall be the PRINCE OF PEACE, ALMIGHTY GOD, AND THE WONDERFULL COUNSELOR."
iSAIAH 52vs13-53vs12 tells he will be exaulted but first marred more than any man. He will be rejected, and lay down his life as our yom kippur atonement lamb. and see his spiritual seed and prosper.

i cried happiness that day i asked Messiah into my heart as he asks and forgiveness for sins i saught-Revelation 3vs 19&20 saying "I love you, and knock on your heart to come in and deliver from sin and become your friend."

Isaiah didnt lie-to believe truth brings greatest happiness of all-and ive traveled and shared in Israel and more-each day is an adventure and heaven More

Hello!! :o) I'm a Christian who is also gay. But because of my faith - I have been celibate for almost a decade now. [Because I'm not sure what God thinks of me being gay] And even before then I had very little sexual contact with anyone. [I'm just not a very 'sexual' guy!!] But I've always wondered what God meant by 'homosexuals'. In Leviticus 18:22 we are told, "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is an abomination." What do YOU think that means? [And please be painfully specific] And how physically affectionate can a man BE with another man before it becomes an 'abomination'? [In YOUR opinion - as a Christian] Thanks. Have a great day!! Craig!! :o)

I know Jews don't, and Muslims don't, I guess because they follow the Jews, I thought Christians should not : Jesus Christ was a Jew, so he did not eat it. Should Christians not follow this???? (Also in the Bible Jesus puts the Demons in the Pigs). I am not sure as to why it is forbidden in each religion can you shed some light.

Thanks!

I ask because two things seemingly contrasting buffles me . " i shall give you power and Authority over all living things " God said . What power , what Authority . Is it wise then to kill and subject animals to different levels of pain in an attempt to control our living .

But again we are advised in the Bible " You the wiseman visit the Ant hill and learn from them "

This verse is the ultimate Biggie . the ways of Ants is unbelievable , there are workers , engineers , architects , plumbers , soldiers etc amoung the group . The work differentiation is a marvel and the efficency is 100% .Why was the wiseman not advised to kill the Ants inorder to to learn their ways , how they function inorder to acquire knowledge .

Was it just a question of parables ? which we respect not . Help

we in the west collected all our outdated english books and sent them to asia, africa, and the middle east . people in those countries , specially the muslims think that this outdated knowledge is accurate, and think that we in the west are wrong.

I remember samuel Beckett once wrote that 'there is no greater evil than an outdated book'

is he right?

Just wondering, can we all praise the lord together this wonderful day that he has made? I am praying you all are blessed with knowing you are loved by Jesus, that you are one of his. Praying you can feel the joy of the Lord this glorious day. Can we pray for one another? Yes, that means you!

Matthew 22:36"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" 37Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'[b] 38This is the first and greatest commandment. 39And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'[c] 40All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."

Galatians 5:22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. 25Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.

1 Corinthians 13:1If I speak in the tongues[a] of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.

1 Corinthians 13:4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

1 John 4:7Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son[b] into the world that we might live through him. 10This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for[c] our sins. 11Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

If there is only one God, than what is Christ? A demi-god? God, Himself, incarnate? If Jesus was God, than why did He talk to Himself and go spend time alone with Himself? And what about Satan? Is he a god? Christians tell me all other gods from all other faiths are actually just Satan deceiving them. That must take a lot of effort and power to pull off. Since angels can't fall from grace and no other religion recognizes Satan, Satan must be a Christian god, right?
