you mean a really big one, rather than just the various offshoots and nutjob outfits? The most recent big group is probably the Sikhs, which I think is 19th C but I could be way off there.
The Jehovah's Witnesses, Adventists, and the Mormons are all quite recent (19th Century?) but they're all derivatives of Christianity; count them if you want.

The church of the flying spagetti monster is probably the latest, it has many members, and many followers. Fabulous religion lol.

Ba'hai and Mormonism.
