no, spirits can also be helpful and simply be watching over you, if God sends His angels to watch over, (and don't question this) they could have died anywhere they have the responsiblity to watch over YOU, not where YOU live. Even the demons are sent with a job to do, and trust me, the old excorsist thing doesn't work, what do you think theyre gonna do kill it again? Relax and know that its sent from God with a job to do, and when spooky stuff starts happening, and things start coming up missing, there is a reason for it, I've lost guns, phones, debit cards ect... stuff that was there one min, gone the next, it's real, and its scary, but you can't do anything about it.

Absolutely not. A spirit can come and visit people or move things because it wants to give a message to some one. Spirits dont haunt for no reason.

There is no such thing as a person soul haunting a house, they either go to heaven or hell, Now there is evil spiritis & the spirit of God, Demons can try to haunt you, but God won't, & if you are a child of God, Don't worry about it, & if you are not, still don't worry about it, I am not afraid to stay in any house that has a story about a haunting,, Just don't have any wasps there,, You can have snakes, Mouse, spiders, rats, But no wasps, Yes I am scare of wasp & I am a Christain, you see, us Christains have a little fear of something small, I guess it all goes back to my childhood, when I use to knock down their nests, It seemed like I was the only one got stung.

From my understanding - not necessarilly - a spirit can be attached to a person not a building - my aunt and uncle told us about a ghost they had living with them - apparently they could even speak to this lady - she was there to protect one of my cousins from something - after a while she just went away so we assume that what ever she was protecting my cousin from was over with...
In our house we were told a priest had died there and we had several sitings personally I was sure I saw a teenage boy in the house he walked past the stairs I was at the top of - I went downstairs and there was nobody there... my sister had a friend come over and she rang the doorbell and heard my sister yell out im in the shower just let yourself in - so she did - my sister came down the stairs afer her shower and screamed in fright as she didnt know her friend was there - she hadnt called out to her at all. So a few freaky things happened in our house. Not scarey but has made me believe there is life after life.

no. there are " spirits " who can haunt a house even if they weren't connected in any way. after all a house is a relative new abode in the history of humans. numberless generations lived on this plane of existence before houses came into being. these spirits referred to might be from a specific earlier time period.

Not necessarily. A connection with a living person might cause a spirit to remain stuck on the material plane.
