the word antichrist means some one who is against christ... a word that was born within the christian faith... therefore is the word indicative of the faith's paranoid attitude towards all other religions?
if they aren't paranoid, then why does the word exist? it doesn't exist for any other religion ie. the muslims don't speak of a person in the furture called anti-mohammad, or hindus speak of the anti-krishna coming to kill all the people of their faith.

And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh: and the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land.

Exodus 11:10

Isn't the whole point to get God's people OUT of there?
Why keep him from letting them go?

As a practicing Ecclectic Witch, I have begun to notice alot of young teenagers (under 16) taking an interest in The Craft/Wicca. I am unsure of their understandings & dedication to this way of life and wonder if TV programmes such as Charmed, Buffy etc have alot to answer for. or are they a good thing bringing The Craft into the modern world?

a person who holds the view that any ultimate reality (as God) is unknown and probably unknowable; broadly : one who is not committed to believing in either the existence or the nonexistence of God or a god

Just asked this question about being agnostic:
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AtPI7o91TxyhTjmF8EwxQjLsy6IX?qid=20060925072729AATAJ9o

Some said I didn’t understand the definition of agnostic.
Why would these choices not be a basis for what you believe or not believe?
