Moses did not build the ark according to the Bible, it was Noah. However if you are talking about the ark or the covenant, then your answer would be the 10 commandments. The law as passed thru Moses the second time from Mt. Sinai. I say second time because remember that he broke the first ones, on his way down.

Moses oversaw the building of the Ark of the Covenant (gold-overlaid box containing religious items), which is different from Noah's Ark (cattle-carrying barge).
Inside the Ark of the Covenant was: Aaron's almond staff that had budded, blossomed, and produced almonds (overnight!), a jar of manna, and both copies of the Decalogue, which had been written on stone tablets by God (Moses broke the first set, so God made him another one).
Hope this helps.

Ehrm, according Genesis, NOAH built the Ark. Moses led the Hebrew people from Egypt. If you are referring to the Ark of the Covenant, Moses did not build it, either. He provided directions (given to him by God), but the Ark was to be constructed by Bezaleel, son of Uri of the tribe of Judah, and by Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach of the tribe of Dan (Ex. 31:2-7).

Moses did not build the ark. -- GOOD trick question -- not too many people are catching it though.
If you are interested in what went in the ark that NOAH built. It is all spelled out in the book of Genesis

His staff, the tablets with the commandments, and a sample of the manna from heaven.
---------
BTW: Moses had an Ark built, though it was built by another -- the Ark of the Covenant. Into it were placed the above three items so that those who were in its presence would always remember that God had chosen his people (shepherd's staff), had given them the rule of law (tablets), and would provide for them (manna).

Moses didn't build the ark....but NOAH he was told to take 2 of each CLEAN animal, 7 of the UNCLEAN. Food and daily provisions, Noah and his family (wife, son's, daughter-in-law's). I don't think much more than that.
