I WISH I could astral project, but unfortunately a lot of the skills that are useful to learning how to I don't currently have either. (Lucid dreaming) I do know several people who can and do astral project. I know one person who does it and meets with family members and then often they discuss what happened the next day. Astral projection is a normal part of a lot of peoples' lives.

Blessings and Light!

When we sleep at night we sometimes project. Some dreams
are what we really exprience on a spiritual level.
Often, we draw th e attention of other spirits on the way back.
That's why you will see a fleeting image of something when you wake up. These things usually poop out very quickly
on their own.

I actually have. You can either do it when you consciously try to do it, or it can happen to you involuntarily. So far it's only happened to me involuntarily, usually during sleep. There was only one time when I tried to lie down and meditate and try to do it, and I almost did it, but I got too frightened and "forced" it to stop. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that I would have gotten it to work that time, but the fear aspect was too great for me. Fear is tough to overcome but I'm working on it.

To be honest, this is a pretty tough subject for me to discuss on a public site, because a lot of people tend to be very very skeptical about this subject... and for good reason, obviously. I used to try to talk about this with people but they either didn't believe me or just didn't know how to react. But I guess I wouldn't believe it either if I hadn't ever experienced it myself.

I am really out of practice. Well, I have only managed to project 3 times so far (it takes allot of practice).

Not on purpose. The concept makes me nervous.
