...I recommend you read the book of Genesis, at lease the first 8 or 9 chapters. You will find that "Adam and Eve had others sons and daughters, and many of their descendants are named in that section.
...In Genesis 5:3-5 we read,
...3 When Adam had lived one hundred and thirty years, he became the father of a son in his own likeness, according to his image, and named him Seth.
...4 Then the days of Adam after he became the father of Seth were eight hundred years, and he had other sons and daughters.
...5 So all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years, and he died.

Christians do talk about Adam & Eve, their rebellion against God and their offspring, which includes you and me. The Bible also mentions them for that is what the theme of God's Word is based on. Mankinds rebellion, and redemption from sin and death caused by that rebellion are what the Bible is about. God's Son Jesus is that redeemer. The first prophecy at Genesis 3:15 tells us that Jesus will soon "bruise Satan's head" (meaning he will be destroyed) and mankind will no longer have to suffer and die.
Adam's descendants are mentioned at Luke 3:38, Romans 5:14, & Jude 1:14 but we are all his descendants as stated at Romans 5:12: "Therefore, just as through one man(Adam) sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned."

The bible spoke of Cain and Able but there was a lesson to be learned there. All the other children of Adam and Eve are us.

Most of us don't believe God made any more people after Adam&Eve. They had sons, and daughters, and they reproduced the same way we do Today.

God did not make any other people directly as he did Adam and Eve. All of us are descendants of them which is why we all inherited sin. Wouldn't it be nice if we could just act like one loving family???

There is not enough information on the. Also, they are not as significant as Adam and Eve are from a doctrinal standpoint.

God has a hand in the creation of every human being--He infuses the soul into the body at conception.

Probably because the line of Israel came through Seth, and many were daughters. God didn't make any more people. The races of man came through Noah's kids.
