He is referred to as Michael, the archangel in his pre-incarnate form and also in Revelation as he is again a spirit creature.

Corinthians says "...the rock that followed them was Christ..." and in the fiery furnace the King said "... we threw in three men but I see four and the fourth is like the son of God..." You are on safe grounds saying the pre incarnate Christ is there, the question is exactly where... and that's less definite.
a few of the strong possibilities are:
Abraham met three men, all sounding like they could somehow be the Lord
the "let there be" when God made the world, the word creating the world
Joshua met the captain of the Lord of hosts who told him to take off his shoes because he was standing on holy ground
Moses before the burning bush since Jesus said 'before Abraham was I AM"
The fourth man in the fiery furnace
The one like a man sitting on the throne above the flying wheels in Ezekiel
The one coming in the clouds in Daniel to recieve an eternal kingdom and be worshipped by men of all nations

It's called Christophany.
Christophany - An appearance of Christ.
I have several examples, but I will give you this one:
Daniel 3
24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast THREE men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.
25 He answered and said, Lo, I see FOUR men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.
Peace to you today.

Jesus Christ is God, in that sense, He has always been. However, as human (and God), He had a birth and a death. Yet He remains alive--the great mystery of the trinity--God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Yes. It is called a Christophony or a Theophony. When Jacob wrestled with the angle, he was wrestling with Christ.

I believe it.
It says "No one has seen the Father..." so the Lord that walked with Adam in the garden was in fact The SON, who is the creator according to John 1.
