For YOUR SAKE WHY YOU DO NOT BELIEAVE PROPHET MOHAMED !!!
NO ONE EVER TOLD THAT HE IS A LIAR .
He was called THE HONEST THAT ALWAYS TELLS TRUTH .
If u know the famous story of Abd allah ibn Salam who was arabbi when he listened about anew prophet
he prepared 10 questions to know if he is aprophet or not ......... he went to him and when he saw prophet mohamed what do u expect ........ he asked his questions no he did not he only said that this face is not a face of aliar and he became a good muslim .
you will say that this religion is the religion of terrorists sure it is not
This prophet never told any thing about terrorism or called for it. I remembered now an attitude to him when he was going with the army to mecca he found adog which was bearing he changed the way to another difficult one and he said do not fear it donot fear it . This person who did not want to fear an animal do u believe he was calling for fearing people . so those who fear people ISLAM is not calling them to do this and they will have their punishment .
He called for morals and good things not for bad things .
He said that he is ahuman and do not ask any one to give him any thing and he suffered so much to report his message and people at this time asked him to stop his message and they will give him every thing he want and he refused saying if u put the sun in my righ hand and the moon in my left to leave this message I WILL NOT SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT MADE HIM INSISTING ON THIS MESSAGE ALTHOUGH ALL THE SUFFERINGS THAT HE FACED AND HE DID NOT WANT ANY THING FROM ANY BODY EXCEPT BELIEVING HIM
PLEASE SEARCH FOR TRUTH AS I FOUND . I HOPE THIS HELPS.

We did not create ourselves and are all subject to so many laws, as explained above. So why are we deluding ourselves with all this arrogant talk about free will?

Regardless of your faith, regardless of your lack of faith, can we not feel compassion for those in need, the poor, the aged, the helpless, the batter and abused, the addicts, the freind-less?

Each time you're here, would you be willing to ask three of your questions for ideas on how we can help Group A, Group B, and Group C?

Would you let go of whatever animosity you feel towards others who do not share your beliefs to think of those far worse off than yourself? Would you be willing to look beyond your need to preach your religious/nonreligious beliefs to seek practical ways to help those in need?

There is no reason you can't devote more than three questions, but can we at least ask three questions a day (or however often you visit here) to ask those assembled what we can do to help our fellow humans who have it far worse off than us?

Or do you think some of them are man made?

So many faiths are involved in charitable work.

Can we not discuss the possibilities of cooperating to help the aged, the poor, the homeless, the addicts, the battered and abused, the friend-less?

Can we not share our ideas and the ways our various faiths approach problems with the intent of listening and learning so we can bring to our various faiths ideas on how we can help others?

Surely this beats arguing over whose god is better and whether evolution or creationism is right. There is so much hatred poured onto these pages, can we not work together to help those far worse off than us, regardless of their faith and ours?

I WANDERED THIS QUESTION AFTER READING SEVERAL SCRIPTURES IN THE BIBLE. I HAVE MANY SAY THAT WE DON'T GO UNTIL JUDGMENT DAY, BUT THE STORY OF LAZURUS SAYS SOMETHING ELSE. WHEN THE RICH MAN DIED HE WENT STRAIGHT TO HELL, THE SCRIPTURES SAID THAT HE COULD LOOK UP AND SEE LAZURUS, AND SPEAKS OF THE TORMENT THIS MAN WAS IN AND THAT HE COULD GET QUENCH FOR HIS THIRST.

From wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Materialism
:
"In philosophy, materialism is that form of physicalism which holds that the only thing that can truly be said to exist is matter; that fundamentally, all things are composed of material and all phenomena are the result of material interactions. Science uses a working assumption, sometimes known as methodological naturalism, that observable events in nature are explained only by natural causes without assuming the existence or non-existence of the supernatural."

I am a materialist. I find that people automatically assume that I place all of my love into the objects that I own which is not at all true. My love goes to my family.. Materialism seems to spur a frenzy amongst a lot of people, can you explain why this is so?

I've been talking to a friend who volunteers at a home for the aged. The facilities are poor, because the people who live there have little money. She talked of how unloved and forgotten these people feel, so few of them having family members (or family who visit) and how hard it is for them waiting to die alone and unloved.

I suggested that it might help if these facilities could be hooked up to the internet, the aged taught how to connect to places like Y!A, or newsgroups and other forums where they could talk with people, share their stories, laugh at jokes, be cherished and valued again.

As she is christian, I suggested her church might be able to donate the funds needed for a computer and the internet connection, offer volunteers to help the aged learn how to access these discussion groups and for those who can't type, perhaps they (or others living in the facility) could type for them...

Will those of you who do charity work consider this? I think it would help the aged.
