Why do Muslims go to crazy behavoirs fail to deal rationally with others opinions and instead have to call for the "death of the infidel" like every other religion seems capable of doing?

To brian_ric... and others - I am not a Christian - but a Reformed Jew (who so happens had his Bar-Mitvah at an orthodox temple http://www.tourosynagogue.org/ - which I am kind of proud of - was married in a Conservative Temple and my ex-wife asked me to give her a gyet (Jewish Divorce) in a Reconstructionist Temple (I did not oppose this) and agreed if she wanted an Orthodox gyet I would grant it. I have relatives who have chosen to intermarry with members of other faiths and we all still call each other family and get along quite well frankly. So don't assume this is a question of a "Christian, Jew, Muslim, Hindo, etc..." because I hope you know what "assuming" does.

thats the thing, they dont wanna face the mirror and attempt peaceful resolutions coz their egos get threatened by making "peace"

After the 9/11 atrocity, I don't think they are capable of agreeing to disagree. Islam seems to have gone into an incurable radical mode. They say things like "Oh all we muslims are not violent." But what do we see on the news? We see them dancing in the streets when an American is killed. Their actions show the lie of their words. Do Americans dance in the streets when a Muslim is killed? No. But as a recent Tom Clancy novel "Teeth of the Tiger" says, "When you kick a tiger in the a**, you will soon experience the teeth of the tiger. I sure hope that is true and happens before another 9/11.

how can we just let it go ... catholics hang on to every word that come from the pope's mouth, and it got implied that pope is in agreement to that quote since he didn't show disagreement to that quote. and now 'coz of that, all catholics DO think the same as whatever pope talked abt our Last Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him), and none catholic wants to do any research to actually look into the matter and The Actual Life of Prophet Mohammad (May Peace and Blessings of ALLAH Be Upon Him), all catholics are in blind agreement to what the pope quoted and its a very dangerous matter, 'coz it could give rise to a crusade-like attitude. Peace to All.
P.S. ... No True Muslim wishes death to infidels, its a thing of the extremists.

Islam really is a religion of peace. The teachings of Islam is non-violent. But it teaches one to practise self-defence. So you will never hear a muslim attacking any1 unless he is provoked. So why should non-muslims provoke the muslims, why can't you live and let live.
