I see this but don't see the point, don't you think God can figure out the hyphen means 'o'?

What is the religious or traditional reason behind this?

From the gospel of Matthew, the last thing he said, he accused God of forsaking him. Could it be that he realised he was only mortal and not really the Messiah?

27:45 Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour.
27:46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
27:47 Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This man calleth for Elias.
27:48 And straightway one of them ran, and took a spunge, and filled it with vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink.
27:49 The rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to save him.
27:50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.

A muslim asked me (a christian) who would win if God and Allah had a fight. I said that there was only one possible answer to that question. He got insulted and told me that I was bigoted and not open to the truth.

I still stand by my statement that there is only one possible answer to that question. Do you agree? (Ten points to the first person who correctly tells me what this answer must be).

and evolution is so wrong, than please answer these:
If everything could not be created without God than how can God exist? He would have had to create himself but he didn't exist to do so. And if he did create himself, you agree that life forms can come into existence from non-life forms, which is what evolutionists believe about the first life cells.
Why did God allow Adam to eat from the apple tree? God would have known it was going to happen before he even put the tree there, if he is all-knowing.
If the Bible is the word of God, but is inaccurate and contradictory because it was written by man, why did God not make sure it was written correctly, if its such important book? all-powerful?
If God did create man, you are a descendant of Cain, who murdered his brother out of jealousy anger, and resentment. he would have had to rape his sisters repeatedly to reproduce,so you came from crazy murdering incestuous rapist and his inbred offspring. I'm glad I evolved from primates

ok so basically after eve at the apple....god created enmity in adam and eve and their children...? is that basically what Genesis 3:15 is saying?so...years later God saw what F-ups man was and decided to destroy earth.....maybe he should have left that emotion out of us and his creation would have worked better lol

God does not exist. Here's why: the physical world is entirely predictable and every subatomic particle acts in strict accordance with natural laws. By extension, everything in the universe adheres to strict laws, leaving no room for any free will whatsoever, including any interference in events by a God. Therefore, any God that does exist can have no influence on the natural world by the very structure of the universe. Therefore, any God is in no way connected to our universe and by definition does not exist in our universe.

God must exist. Here is why: the universe has either always been here or it began at some point, right? If it has always existed, then something must be maintaining it to counteract enthropic effects. If it began at some point, then something must have started the universe. No matter which of these two options are correct, the "somethings" are nessecarily something EXTERNAL to the universe itself. Since the universe is by definition the entire natural world, the "something" must be supernatural, i.e. God.

It is necessary to be aware of the devil's schemes. At the centre of the rebellion against God is a dazzling creature who refuses to admit defeat. Although Satan is a creation of God, his pride caused Him to challenge God's authority. He also tempts human beings to rebel against God. Though he is known by several different names, this angel of darkness remains committed to one purpose thwarting the will of God.

Here are some to start you off:

Accuser of Jesus' brothers and sisters

Deceiver

Prowler like a roaring lion

Spiritual ruler of those who refuse to obey God

Tempter

Can anyone think of anymore?

if u dont have a proof-please look up one of these and comment on it-Leviticus `7vs 11 Moses-without the shedding of innocent pure blood there is no forgiveness of sins--

all these are written aproximately 700bceMicah 5vs2 to be born in Bethlehem from eternity
Isaiah 7vs 14 a miracle (Sign) a virgin will have the baby who is to be God with us (emanuel in Hebrew)
Isaiah 9 vs 6 he will be the Given Son, and God almighty.
Isaiah 52vs13-53vs12 "He will be exaulted, but first marred more than any man. He will be despised by His people (and some people on yahoo answers too) and lay down his life an atonement for sins. And see his spiritual seed and prosper." Millions 2,000 years later know him and are born again in the new seed Jesus.

Jesus said he was the Messiah to peters statement in Luke

the deciples died rather than deny it-Peter was crucified upsided down-sayin he wasnt worthy to die as Jesus did

Revelation 1vs1 -3vs19&20 Jesus from heaven says he loves us&willSave

And if Jesus wanted to destroy all life on the planet but save just a few animals and humans on the Ark...why did he use such an elaborate, long-term plan for the destruction. It only took 6 days to create the entire Universe but it takes months and months to clean-up Earth, how can that be?
