We capitalize the first letter in proper names or titles therefore it is God, Jesus, or Him when referring to either one.

No, just the G is capital, ie God.
Just make sure when using pronouns for God, always start with a capital letter. eg, He not he or His not his.

No, all the letters don't have to be capital. But, even if it falls in the middle of a sentence, it is written as 'God', NEVER as 'god', similarly, 'He' for 'Him', never he or him, whether in the middle of a sentence...

As far as I know in English, the first letter is capitalised, so it would be written God, however those who are not religious and those who don't know what a proper noun is often write it as god.

It is written with a capital G, whether the word comes at the start of a sentence or in the middle. When you speak of God in a sentence, he/she, him/her, that too is written in respect with capitals. He/She, Him/Her.
