It starts tomorrow in Turkey. LOL. It feel so good seeing all these other people writing from other countries. Anyway...
Ramadan Mubarak to ALL Muslims, and Insallah you all have a safe month, and can all Muslims pray for guidance and peace in the World? Thank-you.
And no Jenny true Muslims don't go killing innocent people, and also how dare you call the Qur'an "Their Funny Comic Book"? We don't go criticising other religions do we now? I believe that is highly offensive, may Allah guide you to the right path...

With the grace of God I will seize the occasion to work on my Ibadat, try to get used to performance of the daily prayers on time, strive to be a better Moslem and contribute to the propagation of the Word of God. There are so many people out there, especially in the West, hungry for spiritual uplifting and for an alternative lifestyle. May God help us all and Ramadan Mubarak!

Here in Jordan, Ramadan is tomorrow.
As for my wishes, I wish muslims unit cause we have one Quran and according to that islam is one and shouldn't be separated.
I also wish the liberation of Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan and expulsion of the invaders, and muslim extremists to stop killing innocents.
Happy Ramadan to you and to all muslims around the world.

It depends on whether u take the saying of Imaam shaafi^iyy or Imaam Abu Haneefah.
The saying of Imaam Abu Haneefah is that if the crescent was seen in the west then the people of the east must also fast. The crescent was seen in some Arab countries hence if one wants to take with the saying of Imaam Abu Haneefa, it would be an obligation to fast with them.
The saying of Imaam ash-Shaafi^iyy is that if the crescent is not seen in one's town then one does not follow the sighting of another town if it has different times of sunrise and sunset. Hence since the crescent was not seen in sydney, if one wanted to follow Imaam ash-Shaafi^iy in this, he would not be allowed to begin fasting RamaDaan because for him saturday is the 30th of sha^baan.
Both sayings are valid and have proofs and the one who takes with either is not condemned.
However it is invalid to say RamaDaan is on sunday from one week ago and on that basis begin fasting RamaDaan on Sunday because that is against the Prophet's Hadeeth which I have sent to you before.
And no jenny, true Muslims do not strap bombs to themselves. Come out of your box and hack the truth.
