No the first baptism in the bible is in the new testament.
Noah's story is just the hebrew myth about the great flood like all other peoples cultural myths.

Very good insight.

Yes, in a way, it is a baptism, though not Baptism. Do you see Moses leading the Israelites through the Red Sea to escape the slavery of Egypt as a baptism?

God sometimes do things in types & shadows, Everything that is God's has to be redeemed back to him, & this earth is God's where Jesus & his Bride will rule & reign for 1000 yrs. & then Jesus will give back the kingdom back over to his Father, So yes this earth had to go through a baptism in the time of Noah.

No. This was technically genocide, an ethnic cleansing if you will. The people had become so heinous that God could no longer stand to look at them and watch their misdeeds. And since Moses and his family were the only ones he found worthy, he allowed him to live and to allow for the re-establishment of life.

the world may have been flooded i am sure there was a great upheaval ,,,but really to me this is simply a story that probably has some truth to it that got all blown out of proportion .........it really amazes me that this sort of story has such credence but anyone else who might have some 'story 'well theirs is a fantasy .again to me just proof that Christians really don't think for themselves they won't listen to others ,but remain faithful to there fairy tales just as they accuse others of doing ......
