It doesn't matter because no matter how many there are, they will spend all their time in the dark, endlessly discussing whether electricty is real and if a lightbulb really makes light and the direction to screw it in.

A little after-lunch joke. Don't take too much offense.
Bless you

I have been watching the news the past few days and all I see are people in a rage over what the Pope said. He was not giving his opinion just simply quoting. Why the backlash? Why is it that the extremeist muslims are in outrage over anything anyone says about their religion that does not exactly match what they believe. And why arent we hearing anything from the Muslim leaders in defense of their religion showing that it is in fact a peaceful religion. Why are the Muslim people (the peaceful ones) allowing these extremeist to take over and give their religion a bad name? Is not as much their fault for accepting these acts and defending them? I am just curious. You dont see any other religion going around blowing places up and rallying all over the world in a rage over 1 comment someone made that wasnt in total agreeance with what they believed. To me its just plain madness.

It might be an old story but are you aware that if your Chruch has a tax exempt status then it cannot have any sermons that the Government considers " Politically Charged " . I do go to Church and wasn't aware that the tax exempt tag came with the price of being silent about the actions of our politicians, one of the things that affects our life in a very direct way. How do you feel? THe link below is about a Church that made an anti-war sermon. Now wether or not you agree or disagree with it don't you think they should have the right to say it if they want to?

Every Sunday it seems people are begging for money on behalf of God.... I think he would be a horrible banker.... it'd all be mysteriously gone before you went halfway around the board.

I was curious as to the number of people who actually knew what Wicca, or Witchcraft for that matter, really is. This is for everybody, as I know that Non-religious, or Non-Pagan may be fully aware of what they are.

I mean. We have the Bible and thats the rules. Then Jesus comes along and says "Oh, many of those rules do not apply now". Was God wrong? How can he be wrong? He's God for God's sake. Now you have the New testament. Can someone explain to me how God was wrong about so much and how can the rest of the Bible be believed if we allready know it to be a flawed text.

Or does Jesus just hate Notre Dame!

My wife is from Mich so I can root for them by association as long as they don't play UW. or any Pac10 team for that matter.

Someone said God is all powerful and can do whatever he wants.

So ahh, heh God believers, could you ask your God to cure cancer? Could you ask your God to figure out a cure to histiocytosis, my 3 year old has this, a tumor was removed from his face in February, maybe you could ask God to prevent that from happening to other 3 year olds,

could you ask your all powerful God to show up so I can believe in her?

could you ask your God to stop wars,

could you ask your God to heal the amputees of War?

Would it glorify your God? Would it if your God cured cancer, and prevented 3 year old children from having surgery on their face? Would it glorify God if he or she showed up so we could all believe in it?
