To some people it is the faith that is important. That sounds like your parents.
To others it is the deeds. I'm of this school. To me, any god(s) who demand your faith in them in order to receive his/her/its/their blessings is no god(s) that I want to know.
To me, the best way to serve any Deity is to be good to your fellow man and to the world at large.

Don't forget that Christianity claims to present a series of FACTS...so the question is, "Are they true or not?" If they are true, then the answer to your question is obviously "No".
That's good news for us, though, because now all we have to do is search for the truth. If what the Christians tell us is a lie, then it is the biggest fraud in history, and we are off the hook!
We all know that there have been good people who have not been Christians: Either they hadn't heard of it (like Socrates), or they just couldn't believe it (like J.S Mill). Supposing Christianity to be true, then those people were either in honest ignorance or honest error.
But the person who asks, "Can't I lead a good life without believing in Christianity?" is not in the same position. If he hadn't heard of Christianity then he wouldn't be asking the question. If he had heard of it, and seriously considered it, and found it to be false, then he wouldn't be asking the question.
So the question he is really asking is, "Should I bother? Will it help me? Will it make me me happy? Can't I just avoid the issue and go on being 'good'?"
So go ahead, search for the truth. Honest rejection of Christ will be forgiven: "Whoever attacks me out of ignorance will be forgiven" (Luke 12:10), but looking the other way will not be forgiven.
Sorry, I know that's heavy, but so is your question.

No! It is not ok! No matter what age you are!
If you are having a hard time, something tells me that the Lord is already tugging at your heart to follow Him. Why you fighting it? Which lets me to believe that you already know the correct answer to your own question.
So then, why are you here? To see how many will agree with you, and you have the count to try and back yourself up with your parents???
Do what is right, not what is wrong. Even if you are the only one doing it. You will gain more favor with the Lord by going it alone, and, with your parents, verses having a bunch of anti-groupies to follow you around.
Lastly, I believe that you do know better.

I'm sure lots of people on here will tell you that it's okay, but let me ask you this: how certain are you that Christianity is false? are you 100% sure? If you're 90% sure that Christianity is false, then are you willing to gamble with eternity? even if you are 99.9% sure Christianity is false, are you willing to gamble with eternity? Think about how long eternity is! Think how long it would take an ant to drain the atlantic ocean into the pacific if it had to walk across the US for each drop of water. That's nothing compared to eternity!
I'll admit to you, I'm not 100% positive that Christianity is true, but I'm not 100% positive it's false either. I've always felt it's better to error on the side of caution, and this is one thing I'm not willing to take any chances with. Unless I am 100% convinced that Christianity is false, I'm going to keep on praying and reading the Bible and asking Jesus to forgive my sin and my doubt.
Think about this... What do I have to lose if I'm wrong? A few Sunday mornings? What do you have to lose if you're wrong? The rest of eternity? When I think about how long eternity is, my choice is obvious. I'm not going to gamble with my soul.

To me religion is a matter of the heart. Be good and kind in your heart to yourself and others and there you will have a good religion. Most religious people seem to believe their way to GOD is by obeying a bunch of religious rules. You know not to kill, or steal, or hurt others right? Follow your own heart, be true to that. GOD is always with you.

What is important is your relationship with your fellow human beings. How you look at yourself with confidence that you have every right to share equal opportunity to live and be happy. How you look at others that they too have the same rights as you do. And how you accept everyone the same way you wanted to be understood and accepted. Any man can be religious but not neccessarily spiritual. Spiritual man does not have to be religous.

Do what you think is best, there will always be someone able to make a good point on both sides of the argument, so unfortunatly we are left to draw our own conclusion without much to go on.

The fact that you have reservations about christianity is nothing to be ashamed of. It is very wrong of your parents to force their belief onto you.
We are given a brain in order to make up our own mind and choices in this life.

The best place to find your answer, if you genuinely are curious is to read the gospels. ( The first four books of the New Testament) Jesus is constantly coming against the RELIGIOUS. Jesus wants you to have a relationship with him. Pray, ask him how, read the gospels and find out for yourself.

I live my life like this, Religion is a man sitting in a church thinking about a baseball game. Faith is a man sitting at a baseball game, thanking God to be alive.
