second: how do muslims believe in the creation of the human race? ex: christians believe god created us, and that adam and eve were the first humans.

They always seem to point out what they think are contradictions in the Bible and Christian beliefs in general, but they never attack another religion. Oh well, maybe they're just doing the bidding of their master.

Satan and his demons "know" that Jesus is the Son of God, and they aren't going to heaven. I guess just knowing isn't enough. It evidently requires more on our part.

Is western hate for Islam a fad or are we really in a religious war? Are all religions bad, or do the followers just get confused? Are christians terrorists when they bomb abortion clinics? When do Muslims officially become extremists? Was Mohamed (I spelt that wrong) crazy?

I've seen some atheists speak so negatively about R&S, yet frequent the religion and spirituality section. Not saying you shouldn't be here, but what about the religion and spirituality section makes you want to be in it???? Are the others sections not as interesting to you??

Pope Benedict XVI's comments on Islam,
Why are they so outraged, Christianity takes these kinds of comments all the time and never bats an eye or lifts a finger, why are the muslims so ready to riot if Islam is peaceful???
Benedict quoted from a book recounting a conversation between 14th century Byzantine Christian Emperor Manuel Paleologos II and a Persian scholar on the truths of Christianity and Islam.

"The emperor comes to speak about the issue of jihad, holy war," the pope said. "He said, I quote, 'Show me just what Muhammad brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached.'"

Benedict did not explicitly agree with the statement nor repudiate it.
The Pope was just stating what had happened and not condemning anyone, what gives??? Is it because this might be true?? Why is this such an issue if Islam is peaceful??
