I don't need the idiotic rude answers you think are funny either,I seriously want to know. If you knew someone who was a huge drug addict, alchoholic, and they led a horrible life and made your life miserable while they were at it,would you hate them for giving that stuff up and deciding to be Christian? I know there are some whacked out Christians that make other ones look crazy, but if I'm trying to live a decent, happy life, why hate me?

A prophecy is specific and not subject to interpretation.

Example: Bob Jones, currently residing at 1 Main St, Anytown, USA will be suffer a fatal heart attack at 10:00 am, CST, on November 1, 2006.

There is nothing similar to that in the bible, so why do people insist the bible is "prophetic"?

Vague references to events at unspecified future times are not prophecies.

Since we are created in our Creator's image, aren't reason and rationality truly virtues. Certainly being illogical and gullible are not virtues. In proverbs are the words, "Gain wisdom for wisdom is the principle thing".

I'm talking about acoustics and training the brain with sound to enter the hypnagogic state(Sleep paralysis)

Anyone know anything about this or this technology called Hemi-Sync(Hemisphere synchronization)?

Have you ever noticed that atheists on here never really explain why they don't believe in God, instead they just make fun of the people who do? Can they not find a better arguement other than name-calling?

Science has also explained phenomena that religion has never contemplated or imagined.
What so "miraculous" about religion? While I use science every minute of my day, religion is nowhere in my daily world. If I have a question about life ,the universe, and everything, science answers, not religion.

isn't it rather arrogant of us to pray to him and ask him to change it? After all, presumably in the absence of our pleading, he is going to follow his plan, right?
