They don't call the priest. If you're referring to the person who stands in the pulpit and preach the gospel, he is called Reverend, minister, or Pastor.

He's usually called by his first name since Baptists do not have a hierarchy. Everyone is his own "priest" in the Baptist church.

There are no priest in a Baptist Church. So, I guess you wouldn't call one, unless you called a catholic.

In my church, we call him brother Paul. But in all seriousness, we address him as pastor if not by his name. Some baptist churches use reverend or minister.

The head of a congregation is a minister, not a priest. To my knowledge, the term priest is not used in protestant denominations.
