I don't need the idiotic rude answers you think are funny either,I seriously want to know. If you knew someone who was a huge drug addict, alchoholic, and they led a horrible life and made your life miserable while they were at it,would you hate them for giving that stuff up and deciding to be Christian? I know there are some whacked out Christians that make other ones look crazy, but if I'm trying to live a decent, happy life, why hate me?

Dear sister, It is because men love the darkness more than the light. Don`t take it personal, ask for strength from God to deal with the accusations from non believers on this website, they need us even though they don`t know it yet. Some will come around. There eyes are closed to the truth, they are in the darkness, and we must be the light for them, as God is our light. Blessings to you.

No I would not hate them because they became Christian, because if that is what helped them become sober and lead a clean and healthy life, more power to them. Everyone has to have something to believe in. Especially when they are becoming sober, they have to have an higher power, something they believe in. When a family member of mine became sober his higher power was a door knob. So, if Christianity helps. Then that is a good thing for them and that is all that counts. Let them work there program to the best of there ability and when they become more aware and sober maybe thier opinion will change on Christianity. Another isssue is are you using and are you mad because they were more fun to be around when they were using and they are being more serious about their life now? I don't think that Christianity is the issue here, I think it is about a person who is trying to focus on getting their life straight and sometimes as addicts and alcholics become sober they become so engrossed in staying sober that they go a little overboard on some things. I would certainly talk to the person who you are concerned with. I hope things get better for you.

I dont know????I dont care either! God is so Good! Why would you care? My concern is these people who hate Christians are obviously not. And if you arent. I am praying for you! I couldnt imagine living my life without God being center. Ask yourself these questions or take a look at a True Christian. Are you truly happy? Do you have a peace that passes all understanding. Do you smile alot? DO you love people? Now wonder just for a minute how wonderful life would be to live that way....You can...Ask God into your heart...He loves you still!

This world is under the dominion of The forces of evil. Even though satan knows he is doomed he still seeks to keep as many as he can from coming to God. The use of deception is satans main tool. lies are wispered into the minds of men and they are encouraged to act on these lies against The Way. Add the inborn sin nature of man and it is quite easy to get many to commit all manner of acts against those who seek The Truth. As this has been going on since the original sin it is no wonder that there is so much hate against The way, The Truth , and The Life.
Those of The True Christian Faith, and by association those who the world thinks are Christian, are hated and persecuted the world over all. It shall be thus untill God determins it is time to remove His people.
As for those who choose to leave lives of hate and addiction and all manner of other sinful life styles... those who remain in sin do not like to be shown they are wrong... every time one leaves for a better life..and it dose not have to be to The Way of The Christian Faith, but any who leave prove to the ones who remain that they are wrong...and evil uses this animosity to breed more hate against those who better themselves
Keep on keep'n on... you'll get where God want you to be... and you know where the haters will end up... unless they to come to The Way.

Because some people believe that they are 100% correct all the time. They don't have the capacity to understand that they could be wrong and that there is something larger out there than their minds can comprehend. I think that some people just like to be miserable and aren't satisfied unless they make those they come in contact with miserable, too. Keep your chin up, sweetie.

You realy wanna kno ok here's what I think, I think why catholics and jahovas witness h8 us so much is b-cuz they must feel a conviction knowing what they are doing is wrong and they kno we have a shot at acually being happy, and most of the time were at peace, were not perfect noone is but they are quick to judge and I just hold my tongue and say ok ok but I know I will have my day of glory and that's what I look forward to, Also just try to not put yrself on the spot where people are gonna try to crack u, be happy and never doubt in yr christianity lifestyle, always remember you will have eyes watching you, both human eyes and spirit eyes...

As a Christian, I have dealt with this a number of times. I am much more happy to see them turn their life to God than wondering about what happened in the past.
I remember a few years ago, I saw a guy from my church that I grew up with. I had not seen him in years and he was always very mean to me when I was little because I was acting the way Jesus would have acted. This guy came right up to me and hugged me. He started crying and told me that he was sorry for the way he acted in the past. I told him not to worry about it and that was in the past and that I forgave him. That statement made him cry even worse. I really touched his heart that day.

The only Christians I hate are the ones who stick their noses in my life, tell me I'm a sinner, and try to make their beliefs into laws that deny people rights.

You know what sweety, there are going to be soo many haters in your life. But you have to keep your head high and just pass by them and still bless them. Becuz God is the one that is going to judge, and those haters are nothing!
That is wonderful that you want to change your life, God Bless you! Do not ever worry about what others have to say, just remeber that they hated Jesus first.
They dont understand how wonderful it feels to have Jesus in their life. We know the good knews and we just want to share it with everybody! When you get hired for a job, your excited and want to share that good news with everybody. Same thing. People have only HURD of Jesu's name, but they dont give him a chance. Whats gonna happen, your gonna die? Noo! Your not gonna die, and your not gonna go krazy!
That is wonderful, Jesus is AMAZING. He is always there. He is just waiting for you to be ready for him.
Just sit back in the passanger's seat and let him lead your life. Trust in him and love him. It is BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE JESUS CHRIST!!!
