Birth number one, we are born of the water. If you have ever watched a child being born, you would understand this statement.
Birth number two is not a physical birth. Nothing can be seen by the eye as different, for this birth is of the Holy spirit.
So, no nothing physical involved in the second birth. Only a new heart competing with the old sinful flesh.

of course, but as the rebirth is spiritual and not physical, that belly button has to be also spiritual and not physical and is consequently invisible to normal human vision.
