I have another question How long can a person live to be? The answer is 70 or 80 years or more, right? Does the punishment fit the crime? Isn't God a just, fair, and loving God? Since we only live for a short period of time, is it just, fair, and loving for God to torture you for all eternity? What would you think of a father taking his child to the backyard, fire up the grill, and torture his child for not cleaning up his/her room? Just something to consider!!

when he says all gay people should die and rot in hell etc......
He and his followers turn up at US Soldiers funerals saying that there is a war because gay people exist and 9/11 was Gods punishment for the world tolerating gay people. He also celebrates the brutal killing of Matthew Shephard, he was 21yrs old and murdered by 2 men. Matthew was brutally beaten then strung up on a fence left to die. Is it any wonder gay people dont believe in religion? Would just like to see how many religious people agree with him

Many who claim to be Christian will without hesitation say, Yes! But what does the scriptures say? Let me use a familiar scripture to all! John 1:1 says in literal english from greek: "In the beginning the Logos was, the Logos was with the God, and the Logos is divine." It's interesting that many modern Bible tranlates this verse in a way that would make it seem that Jesus is God. But I have a question!!Can God Lie?The answer is No, according to what the scriptures tell us!!So Jesus taught he is inferior to his father and even when he was resurrected from the dead (this is where logically he would have told his disciples that he is God) told his disciples that 'all authority was GIVEN to him in heaven and upon the earth'! I thought it is already his!!Another question to consider is Can God the Almighty die?Jesus Christ died did he not? If he lived on in some other spirit realm or didn't really cease to exist then the sacrifice would be meaningless, right?Just something to consider!

It has been through (god knows-apols..) how many translations by a number of people giving their own take on it, by believing it all word for word you are followers not of the word of God but of a translator possibly a 1000 years after Jesus had left this earth...

When I look at what it happening all around the world, even if Muslims want to speak out against violence (whether that be in a marriage, their own country or another country etc), they can't because they or their family will get hurt or killed.

Is the religion so flawed that they need to make them be physically scared?

Such interesting similarities, when Buddha was around prior to Jesus...
