No bible verse quoting -- that is not an answer. I want to know why you personally, in your own head, find it so very important that I believe the same thing you do. Do you honestly think that telling me I'm going to burn in hell is going to motivate me to see things your way? If your'e capable of using your own brain to answer this honestly, I'd love to know. I repeat -- do NOT quote bible verses at me. That is not an answer. I want to know in YOUR OWN WORDS.

So in the Christian philosophy, he will avoid all punishment and condemnation all together? NO atonement for sins? Just a "sorry' suffices?
How do Christians feel good with that?

That people who don't believe as they do deserve to go to hell more than
someone who does, but has committed horrific acts of savagery here on earth?
Does this mean they really don't care if a person does evil or not, they only care about what the thoughts in their heads and what they believe in the long run?

Why do people ask the question on yahoo answers,

"If man came from monkeys why are there still monkeys"

and

"If man came from apes why are there still apes"

Is this just Christian propoganda, that the leaders of Christian Churches get Theology and Divinity Degrees and don't get Biology degrees from accredited universities? And they just spread bogus information?

Do the people who ask these questions ever read the explanations about geographic isolation?

I have seen many posts on the Internet by christians claiming that atheists are going to Hell because they hate God. As an atheist, I do not believe in or love God, nor do I hate him. I'm just wondering, if you are a christian who claims atheists hate God, why do you make that claim?

Do you think atheists believe in God, but simply hate him rather than loving him, and that's what makes them atheists? Is it really that hard to imagine the state of not believing in God?

Or do you simply equate disbelief with hate? I don't believe in Gandalf or Harry Potter, does that mean I automatically hate them too?

I'm interested to see some answers on this subject, just to clear the matter up and so that I have a better idea how to express my logic and philosophy in the future.

I mean besides the power to tell everyone else that they're going to hell. And that would be a really good selling point for a religion, so he should do it. Can you put it to vote?
