Sin does come from our inner desires, but simply desiring something does not make you sinful. Only acting upon those desires can result in committing a sin.
Let's take an example: a priest has a young female parishioner who has come to him for counseling on some private matter. The priest is still human, with human hormonal responses and normal human drives and desires. At least a part of him may be physically attracted to the woman, which is only natural, but he is not allowed to act upon the desire, because 1) she's married (let's assume) and 2) he's taken that old vow of celibacy. He is professional, never lets on that he's attracted to her, counsels her wisely and sends her on his way. Is he going to hell now? How many Hail Mary's does he have to do to cleanse himself from being attracted to a woman?
In the same vein, if you are tempted by the money you have to handle, you have to ask yourself whether you are strong enough to do the job you've been assigned with honor and without guilt. If you think that your resolve to do the right thing may begin to weaken, ask to be reassigned to a less sensitive task to remove yourself from the temptation.

I'm sorry to say my friend, but flesh will not be conquered till the day Christ comes and we are gievn heavenly bodies. Bout strength I can tell you aobut. Have u ever recieved the gift of the Holy Ghost my friend? If you haven't it's something to look into Acts 2:38. This is the most strength you will ever need, though it doesn't keep u from falling, it helps you get back up and in the right direction. If your convicting about money, I think u should listen to God and ask him to help you deal with this situation.

You cannot overcome you innermost desires.
You cannot resist temptation forever.
You must get to the place where it is not a temptation.
I recommend a mediation group.
You can never be strong to resist temptation.
It only works if you don't see it as a temptation anymore.
You have to change that part.

If you are being tempted to steal, it may be better that you change jobs where you don't handle money. In the scriptures the only people who avoided the temptation of sin were the ones who ran from it, like Joseph running from Potiphers wife.

If you are being filled with the Holy Spirit every day, then you are going out in the Power of the Holy Spirit to overcome the power of the enemy who seeks to undermine and even try to destroy our faith.
Ensure that you spend quality time each morning with the Lord - reading His Word and speaking with Him in prayer, asking Him to deliver you from evil.
Psalm 1 says, that we need to meditate on the Word, so one of the verses which stand out in your daily reading, write it out on a small card, and carry it with you throughout the day, looking at it often, and even challenge yourself to memorise it, during your breaks at work.
Psalm 1 says, then you shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, who bringeth forth fruit in its season. Its leaf also shall not wither, and whatsoever he does will prosper.
Hope this helps!

Respect yourself and get into your consicousness of right and wrong. There are always temptations , but life is so complicated we exactually only control a few actions in our lives, the other part is our reaction. Make your actions count and many rewards await you, nio regrets...... ya know?

the money you handle is nothing of any real importance as the money is a medium of exchange. money is a way of keeping count. remember there are laws, rules and mores for punishment if you get caught and the consequences can and would be severe

Only Jesus was free of sin. We are human. God does not expect us to be perfect. It is impossible. We must just try our best and confess our sins to God and ask him to help us overcome the temptation to sin.

He gave us free will...AND A LOT OF LOVE! I hold on to all of my blessings and do the best I can to walk beside Jesus...
That can be a very hard challenge...we are all only human.
