In case you did not see it in the news:
CAIRO, Egypt -Osama bin Laden's deputy warned that Persian Gulf countries and Israel would be al-Qaida's next targets, according to a new videotape aired by Arab broadcaster Al-Jazeera on Monday, the fifth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks.
Ayman al-Zawahri accused the governments of Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia of supporting Israel's war against Hezbollah in Lebanon.
Addressing the West, the al-Qaida No. 2 said: "You should not waste your time in reinforcing your troops in Iraq and Afghanistan because they are doomed to defeat and are already all but defeated."
"Instead, you have to reinforce your troops in two regions. First is the Gulf, where you will be thrown out after you are defeated in Iraq, at which point your economic ruin will be achieved," he said. "The second is Israel, because the jihad reinforcements are getting closer to it."
If you run, we will find you. If you fight, we will defeat you.
Allahu akbar!

If Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) died for your sins, then the logic says that God forgives us for all our sins right?, If yes, so y should u pray to God to forgive u about any of ur mistakes or sins, if he already forgave u long time ago. (Please i want ur own opinion not the Bible's opinion) thanx a lot.

Has the discovery of oil in Middle East been the most important reason for the rise in Islamic Terrorism / Militancy? I mean, I do not remember reading in history about the followers of Islam being as violent as they are now. I think all the money got by selling oil has caused this rise in Islamic Terrorism / Militancy. There were very few or no rich muslim countries before the discovery of oil in the Middle East and the Muslims were not all that violent!! I am sure a part of he oil money is being used to fund the Islamic Terrorism / Militancy.Your thoughts please. Pease correct me if any of my observations are incorrect. I am trying to find out the socio-economic reasons for the rise of Islamic Militancy / Terrorism.

Mohamod married 13 or 14 women in his life time but out of all only two Khydeja and Maria,The Copt bore children.Out of all his wives only one Sooda was too old to be conceived but all others were younger than 30.Question arise all this happened as will of God(Muslim favourite argument),or Mohamod was having family planning or he was with some medical problem.

Even murderers who never get caught and punished, then forgetting their sins and going on to have the same mundane or even somewhat happy existence until they die?
What if in this life the evil nasty people who reject God gain lots of happiness and wealth and nothing really that bad ever happens to them?
Do Christians believe this could be so, or do they have such a problem with it that they would deny it?
so.... Really evil people who never get caught, live happy fulfilling lives and then embrace Jesus as their savior, no atonement after death and go strait to heaven?

How convenient.

Does this sound like a religion for the worst of humanity?

What if the Qur'an, the Gospels, and the Tanakh were just stories based on legends that happened in Middle East and were basically just metaphors pertaining to daily life in the middle east to referrence as a guide to a better life? That's what I believe. I'm from Iraq, the Birthplace of all the great religions. I was born a Chaldean Catholic in Baghdad, Iraq. My family fled durring the Iraq/Iran war to Iran with the help of Kurdish rebels and came to America via Greece in 1988. My ancestors have been Christian since the foundation of the Assyrian Church of the East in the 5th century and Catholic since part of the church joined in Communian with the Roman Catholic Church in the 19th century. I was brought up in a religious houselhold and this is a product of my own analysis.

Christ?

This catholic school in Lucknow, India held a "seance" where, allegedly, Jesus' soul was invoked, or whatever the term is.

So he writhed and showed all the usual symptoms of being possessed, and was so convincing that many school girls fainted and had to be hospitalized..

Eeew.

Like. Doesn't it sound like witchcraft or whatever?
