Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus is subject to and lower than Almighty Jehovah God.
(Philippians 2:5-6) Christ Jesus, who, although he was existing in God's form, gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he should be equal to God
(1 Corinthians 15:28) But when all things will have been subjected to him, then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him
Jehovah's Witnesses believe that there is a government currently ruling in heaven, with Christ Jesus as God's anointed King and which will soon replace earthly governments.
(Daniel 2:44) God of heaven will set up a kingdom... It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite
Jehovah's Witnesses believe that several lines of reasoning point to 1914 as the year that Christ took his throne and ousted Satan down to the vicinity of the earth. One line of reasoning notes that 1914 began World War 1, which was clearly an unprecedented "woe" for the entire earth.
(Revelation 12:5-12) A son, a male, who is to shepherd all the nations with an iron rod. ...7 And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled 8 but it did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven. 9 So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him. ...12 On this account be glad, you heavens and you who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.

I'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses and here are the answers to your questions:
Jesus is not equal to God., John 14:28 states that the Father is GREATER (therefore not equal) than him.
Not even in knowledge are Jesus and the Father equal.
Mark 13:32, RS: “Of that day or that hour no ones knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father
Jesus is also part of creation, in Col 1:15 Jesus was described as “of all the creation” he is the “firstborn” , Rev 3 also states that “Of the creation OF GOD (meaning he is part of creation of God and he is the start) , Jesus is the beginning”. Prov 8, where Jesus was personified as wisdom, was described as having a beginning/produced. Jesus’ source of his life is his Father. John 5:26.
There is a government in heaven by God. (Dan 2:44 & the Lord's prayer)
Jesus began his presence , we believe, in 1914. There is a difference in the Greek words for presence & coming. We also believe Jesus will come/arrive to cleanse the earth of wickedness which will happen on Armageddon & save those who have endured to the end. We don't know Jesus arrival on Armageddon.

We believe that Jesus is God's only begotten Son. Therefore he is not equal to God. We know that Jesus is the head of the congregation, and Jesus answers to God.
We believe that there will be a ruling government in heaven during Christ's Millennial reign. 144,00 anointed people will rule with Jesus at this time.
We be live Jesus "came", as in ascended the Heavenly Throne in 1914. Matthew 24:3-14 We believe this because the Bible tells us what to expect during Jesus presence. It says there will be"wars and reports of wars", ""nation will rise up against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another."
Look at the headlines in the news and you will see an echo of this. Never in human history have all these things taken place all at the same time, as they have since 1914.
For more information, talk to the local congregation of Jehovah's Witness's.

The bible records Jesus speaking in 3 phases of his life.
As a man,
As a spirit creature, prior to his ascending to heaven.
and As the resurrected Jesus.
In all three instances, Jesus refers to Jehovah as his God.
Matt 27:46; John 20: 17; Rev 3:14
Kingdom of the Heavens, Dan. 2:44,
Date of Jesus' arrival, He received Kingly authority, in 1914, we are still awaiting him to totally exercise that authority, Daniel. chapter 4
