I don't know of any better than 'Amazing Grace'....

I'll always remember Spock's funeral in Star Trek 2 The Wrath of Khan...

It started with just a bagpipe playing the song and then built up to a full orchestra when they fired his torpedo coffin out the photon tubes....

Amazing Grace is a beautiful song. I also love the song called,, What can wash away my sins, Nothing but the Blood of Jesus. It was the Blood of Jesus that washed my sins away, and saved my soul.
