I will remember it for many reasons.
Winning $500 gambling, sleeping with an ex, cussin' out the terrorist for missing the PM of Australia......
I don't want to sound bad, but you know what? It was a tragedy that has spawned a farce of a police action in the middle east. If its the beginning of the end, it would not surprise me that it was caused by the US.
You can either accept the massive loss of life and move on, or you can dwell over it. We don't celebrate the Nazi's killing the jews, the gypsies and all. So why celebrate this. We might not agree with their motives, but look at what its spawned, more deaths, more lies.
You may not like the answer, and you may think I'm callous for the answer, but I had a cousin who was meant to be in the WTC that day, but was sick.
So rather than spending the day mourning for lost Americans, I will mourn those who have lost their lives since. It makes more sense to me.

I didnt have a Tv at the time 9/11 took place. I wished I did. But how I will remember it is by asking God to help those who have lost a loved one that day to give them strength.

good question but i think its time we moved on from that tragic day and get on with our simple lives and let the souls all rest in peace.
9/11 will never be truely forgotten but we dont need to pour anymore salt on a open wound as is. if ya ask me i am with the consperacy groups on the 9/11 being a inside job done by christian fanatics and not muslim fanatics

Truly a day that will live in infamy.
A very sad, sad day.
I lost a good friend in the Pentagon that day.
We were in the Army.
There is a building named after her on Fort Sam Houston, TX.

With compassion, and pity. I lost no one, so I cannot pretend to understand. All we can do is care.
