Are you a "Born Again Unbeliever" yourself? Or do you know some?

That's a new term on me. But I suppose that's someone who initially did not belong to an organized religion, then experienced a connection with a particular religion, then lost that connection. Yes?

IF you are born again, you are no longer an unbeliever. To be born again, you must accept Jesus as your savior, repent of your sins, and invite Jesus into your heart and life, and change your old sinful lifestyle and live for Jesus. It is a commitment to the Lord.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

i'm presuming its someone who used to be an unbeliever then became a believer and then went back to being an unbeliever.... i don't believe that makes sense ummmmm.......
