I claim to be a christain, and I have noticed people seem to think I am a certain way and judge me for it,befour I even open my mouth.I don't understand this b/c to be honest I could really care less how people are living their lives,as long as nobody is hurting no one, smoke dope, have sex, whatever live and let live.If you want to go to church or don't It's none of my business. And I dislike more people than I like. And I am still a Christain, love God,try not to sin,and go to church for every service.so don't judge all christains so fast.what do the christain people think about me.Are their other christain's that feel the same way as me?

It's a freeform poem about a locale, any locale. I chose my favorite place in the whole world. If you don't like it please do better than "it sucks" or "gay".

Mourning Morning

While I’m floating in a horizontal world of ease
I’m a willing inmate during my sleepy sentence
She’s my soft soul mate if you so please
and this comfy coma makes splendid sense

Smooth and soft my whole world is white
Not a sound stirs-save those from my dreams
Full fluffy puffy pillows left… and right
And everything is- well, as it seems

THE SUN- crashing through the wall of black
spews its vile dawning rays- showering me,
suffocating me with its bright red attack,
and working tandem with my need to pee

So day after day, I wave my white flag
Punching the clock on this reality
With sullen submission I slowly drag
My body from this dry Jacuzzi

A razor stroke and a water splash
has my sleepy life unfurled
Only to come full circle- I crash
back into my perfect world

I think I should draw a chart here:

Hydrogen+Oxygen+Carbon+Nitrogen > Organic compounds > Unicellular organisms > Multicellular organisms > Monkeys (or if some evolutionists don't agree then common ancestor) > Homo Erectus > Homo Sapiens (humans).

As to the Billthedude's point, if we take god out of equation and we still do not know the beginning of the universe, its true, we are not sure what produced that initial big mass of matter. But my question would be that if we can't believe in evolution simply because it sounds too incredible that man evolved from simple organic compounds then how can you assume the existence of god, someone superior to man, with omni-scient, omni-present and omni-potent attributes. Is it not a contradiction in terms not to believe in someone inferior simply to substitute him with a fantastic and incomprehensible superior?

What is your opionion on rap and hip hop music. I can remember huge conflicts between religious groups and the hip hop community form the 90's and some that are still going on today. Do you think that it is the devils work? Is there a place at all for it in society? Detailed answer appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your thoughtful opinions.

I recall, but can't locate googling so far, an incident in India, I think, where a group of Muslims and a group of Hindus claimed the same tree as a sacred spot. There was a snake associated with this tree; its prescence proved the rightness of one side's claim.

Therefore, one group would scare the snake out of the tree, and the other group would pick up the snake and throw it back in the tree.

I'd appreciate more solid info from anyone who remembers this, too.
Thanks and sorry in advance for any mis-remembering.

For some odd reason I seem to remember that fact from a Comparative religion course I took some 30 odd years ago. Isn't that odd? They All believe in some sort of Heaven and Hell?

It is a load of bull. I can't believe people would even believe in that stuff. It is completely false. It doesn't even go along with the Bible so how could it be a part of the Bible? It is not even a tiny bit true.

Bush + Cheney will have to go to heaven because they believe in Jesus and waved many bibles during Elections. Jesus probably don't care that they mislead the USA into Iraq and killed thousands of Iraqi women and children. Jesus only wanted to know if they are Christians at the gate to heaven.

That modest Kung Fu master will have to teach Kung Fu to the devil in hell even if the only thing he had ever kill was a fly.

What is your opinion?
