Reincarnation and the immortality of the soul are literally not inevitably appropriate. Reincarnation as in many cases defined to day is in none of any scripture of any significant faith, Buddhism protected. i'm no longer positive I totally accept as true with you about the starting up position of the practise of reincarnation, although there is a few reality there. yet is the soul immortal? From what I fairly have studied, from what I fairly have discovered, the soul is immortal yet God does no longer enable guy to flow by a gloomy, dismal existence which contain this a second time. And that incorporates a second stint as a reincarnated human.

Christians don't believe in reincarnation—but I hope you'll understand why we don't, because a very important truth is behind our conviction.

Christians reject reincarnation for two main reasons. The first is because the Bible does not teach it, and in fact makes it clear that when we die we don't return to earth again but enter eternity—either with God in heaven or apart from God forever. The Bible says, "Man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment" (Hebrews 9:27).

The second reason Christians reject reincarnation is because Christ has paid the full penalty for our sins—totally and completely. He did this by His death on the cross for us. You say you hope to become perfect some day in another life—but Jesus has already made us perfect in God's eyes, by taking away all our sins! The Bible says, "But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 6:11).

Think of it: Every sin you have ever committed can be completely cleansed, if you will turn to Christ in repentance and faith! Don't be deceived by a false hope, but put your faith and hope in Christ today.

Yes, and no. Parts of it imply death is final, other parts imply reincarnation.

For example, after Jesus returned from death. No-one recognized him until he started talking to them. Clearly his physical appearnce was different, and yet he also still looked like a man. Some people use this to say that Jesus' resurrection was via reincarnation. It's a week argument, but there it is.

Hi freesman fox,

The Bible does not support reincarnation. I can not think of the verse but it says that it is appointed to man to die once. This is the importance of really making this life count.

The Bible does teach that Jesus is able to raise the dead.

Hope that helps,

Nickster

No, not at all. In fact, even life after death for most people was in question in the Old Testament.

No. "Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment." Hebrews 9:27
