Is this the Seven Churches in Revelation? Or the Seven Spirits of Christ?

Good question from the view that the body of Christ is the Church and there are seven churches spoken of in the book of Revelations. Thus from that view are there seven bodies.
It sure seems like it today in practices and maybe there are maybe today 7 million bodies as all want to do their own thing their own way. DId I see your point of focus a little in this view?
I in my view see that the 7 churches are seven different stages or positions of a single church organization or single body that always goes through so called progressive sequences. I see the seven as seven different positions or stages in one church that are possible or are observed in place. Likewise I see the explained warnings and/or comments that can correct or do explain as seven pieces of such to correct or to receive the consequences of not correcting.
I must say no one has ever presented to me a question like your in respect to 7 different churches OK.
The way I do read the Bible the Christ only had one body and that body was raised physically in tact from the tomb. Thus there can be only one body and one church which is that body from a view from above.
I can see a lot of confusion because the word used in "church" has so many different applied meanings by individuals who use it. I personally see that that word is even causing much debate right here on Yahoo Q&A even between the so called Christians. Yes even the members of the same groups can not seem to agree.

actually the 7 spriits to my understanding is overseers or pastors, hear what the spirit says unto the church,or the messenger,or the angel of the church,which the pastor
