Hi angeltress. Wow, another good poem. I think you are trying to hold a mirror up with these words. I hope some people have the courage to look into that mirror. Thank you for sharing this.

hahahahaha. very true. Kinda like this one......

A preacher finished the service one morning by saying, "Next Sunday, I Am going to preach on the subject of liars. As a preparation for my Sermon, I would like you all to read Mark 17."

On the following Sunday, the preacher rose to begin. Looking out at the Congregation he said, "Last week I asked you all to read Mark 17.

If you have read the chapter, please raise your hand." Nearly every hand In the congregation went up. Smiling, the preacher said, "You are the Very people I want to talk to. Mark has only 16 chapters."

snickerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

It is good... and it does actually have a nice meter and style. The content as was said by the first person is great, and I guess the girl who didn;t like it was in the first part of the list and got mad :-)

I really like this. I mean, it's not literary, but most people in the church need to read it. Put it in the bulletin Sunday!

Sad but true in many if not all churches, luckily there are others there as well who fit the good lines.

Not a poem but great reading and I hate to admit it but it is sadly true. Many, many, many of us need to look into the mirror and stop pretending we are so perfect. (not to say there are some good people left and still trying)
Nice job.

Sounds good, should put it in the bulletin Sunday. Deserves to be read by the congregation, see how many will see themselves.

Awesome poem! There is such truth in these words. Sadly, I know which one I am...but I suppose it is good that I realize it as I can work to change. Thanks for the great poem!
