Why does he say do as I teach and then not be there for me when I need him? Why does he lead me on and say he's no respecter of persons and then respect all those who lie and cheat to get through life just to leave me alone and without?

Why does it seem like they get everything good and I always end up with nothing. From the smallest little thing to the biggest most important ones he never seems to have my back. I cuss him out constantly because He treats me like he hates me. I think he's a loser. Can anyone offer me any info...?

Being all powerful, the FSM created all around us, but gives little reasoning. Do you think that the FSM created Christianity as a diversion to keep the weaker minded people from worshipping the one true creator, his Noodly goodness? What about Catholics?

About Evolution. 500 years ago you were put to death by the church if you said that the Earth revolved around the Sun. They would say "Look, I can prove the Sun revolves around the Earth. The Sun Rises and Sun Sets" But once science came along and allowed us to see what is really happening, the church had to change their views.

The same thing must happen with Evolution. Most religions today say it is impossible and not the work of a creator. Most believe that we humans are special, live in a special place and time, one a perfect planet by a perfect God. But with the tools of science, we are seeing our true place. How we evolved and where we are, in the Universe. How all life on this planet is connected.

Religion inhibits the believer from accepting fact. Evolution is a fact, it really happen. Just look around you, you can see it everywhere. We might not look like an oak tree, but at it's most basic level, we are exactly the same. That is a humbling and awe-inspiring thought.

What if GOD was to speak to every man, but you brushed HIM off of your shoulders because it did not coincide with your belief? And I am not talking about jesus. So for you christians, lets just call HIM the father for arguments sake. But for everyone else, what if GOD spoke and you brushed HIM off because it did not coincide to your likings or truth?Even if it is your own made up GOD of self.

If we really do have completely free will, then those who believe that God chooses His own may as well be mindless robots. God isn’t a monster, controlling mankind and forcing people into a relationship with him. A loving God would give us a choice.

If God really does choose His own, then those who believe in free will are arrogant and blasphemous, taking God’s prerogative for themselves. God isn’t a kitten to control and lead around on a leash. God reaches out and pulls us in from only one choice we’re able make – self-destruction.

Does God work together with us? Or is that once again a denial of His sovereignty – or free will if He already knew whether we would choose Him (isn’t that a form of double predestination)?

If you’re a Christian, you generally fall into one of these three camps. Your defense of your own camp, please.

Some level headed person answered this to my question and got censored...I think it's hilarious!!!

"Peter was told by Jesus that before the **** crowed three times, he would deny him. Peter said No way, I will go to my death before I deny you. But Peter did deny Jesus three times before the **** crowed. Peter was forgiven for this and went on to spread Gods word and will after the crusifixion, and so can we. "

Have you ever been filled with the holy spirit? I have and even when I was confessing and feeling aweful for my sins, he wrapped his arms around me and almost in words I heard, more like a feeling in words, "I love you." Has this ever happened to you? What was your experience?
