It still comes down to you asking me to have faith in -you-, not the Bible or God? If I don't place my faith in what -you- say, I won't place faith in the truth of the Bible or God.

To get me there, you have to ask me to place my faith in what -you- say, first, right? And again I ask you, why should I place my faith in you, rather than in any Christian whose instructions disagree with yours?

So many claim on here that there is no proof that the bible is based on facts. They claim this because they say there is no tangible proof. (Really because they wern't there and because they haven't experienced anything similar).
Why is it that you doubt a book that was written 2000 years plus ago?
That's like saying that 2000 years from now, people will deny the dictionary and claim it as a piece of fiction because they wern't there when it was written.

If athiest's follow their logic.. why would they believe that George Washington, or Pharoh's of Egypt, or anyone else before they were born ever existed?

I know I know, your going to argue that there is tangible proof with the Pyramids, etc.. but there is proof with the bible too..

Arc of the covenant, the remains of the cross, the DNA, and human remains of a whole slew of people...

All of you who told me what to do to find the "true" Christianity (and thus my way to your Heaven) require me to place my faith in -your- instructions, basically, to place my faith in -you-, to find your heaven.

And if I do not follow your instructions, then I'm not going to be doing Christianity right and thus not enter your Heaven.

And I cannot possibly do everything I was told to do. A lot of it conflicts with the instructions other Christians (those whose answers disagree with yours) have said.

So why should I place my faith in -your- instructions, rather than those of others who answered? What makes yours right and theirs wrong?

No one wanted it to be noticed that they could see no clothes, for then it would be said that they were stupid fools. None of the Pope's clothes had ever before received such praise.

Ok, So I assume you believe in the existense of souls in humans and the theory of evolution as well. Well, I am sorry to say that these two beliefs contradict. In the evolution of simple organisms to complex organisms and then to mammals , primates and now humans, AT WHAT POINT IN NATURAL HISTORY DID ANY OF THESE CREATURES GET A SOUL. Don't tell me that primitive microbes had souls. And dont tell me souls entered early humans on one fine day in history. Ok, WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS?
